MVB presence synchronisation in Micollab
It would be great if the presence status of a MivoiceBusiness user wuld be synced with micollab. We do not see if the MVB - user is in Call. We only see the "grey" button.
As shown in de screenshot, our central telefony works with MVB. They get called very often. So it would be great if we users in micollab know if the mvb user is in call...17 votes -

Andere Anbieter in diesem Bereich fangen an damit oder haben diese mittlerweile im Einsatz und ich würde es sehr begrüßen wie Mitel diese auch liefern würde.Stelle mich gerne im Apple Testflight zur Verfügung zum testen

Funktionstasten
Immerhin wurde es nach so langer Zeit geschafft vordefinierte Funktionstasten zu implementieren. Leider nur in der Web-Anwendung, nicht umfangreich genug und am schlimmsten, nicht wirklich zu Ende (richtig) programmiert.
Bei manchen Tasten, wie z.B. Persönliche Anruflenkung oder Schaltgruppen fehlt die zweite Ebene fürs deaktivieren der Funktion.
Was immer noch fehlt, ist bei allen eine Statusanzeige an der auf einem Blick erkannt wird ob eine Funktion aktiviert oder deaktiviert ist.17 votes -

MiVoice Connect Knowledge Base
The MiVoice Connect knowledge base needs to be put back into a working state. There is no way to navigate/search which makes supporting a product that's already difficult to support even more difficult. Move all the articles to the KMS where everything else already is. It never made sense they were separate. If they aren't in the correct format and you don't have anyone to format them then have Chat GPT do it. This should not be a topic of conversation. CloudLink - MiVB - Send Busy/Out of Service Event on SIP De-Registration
At present, you only receive presence updates for a MiVB ‘Generic SIP Device’ when:
1) a call is made (busy)
2) a call is received (busy)
3) when a call is dropped (available)
4) when the device is signed into the SIP extension (available).There is no presence update when the device is signed out. This is confirmed 'design intent' by Mitel. That means in the last presence update is 'Available', the device will remain available via API, even after signing out.

allow continued voting even when idea has been flagged as no plan
seems like as soon as someone at mitel decides an idea isnt going to happen quickly the entry is then blocked from further votes.
This portal is still new and i suspect that there arent that many end users that have been advised that it exists.
fair enough that there is no current plan , but what if it had 1000 votes . would that change things ?
shutting it down prevents more people adding votes .
if this portal is not for the long term development then whats the point?

Require the Use of Make Busy Reason Codes
While ACD Agents can be "told" to use Make Busy Reason Codes there is no technical requirement for them to be entered.
As an example from a Physical Phone someone can choose Make Busy, the system then immediately places then in Make Busy Code 0 but if they never select a reason it times out but keeps them in code 0.
As an example from Ignite someone can choose a Make Busy with "No Reason Code".

Wenn ein Anruf rein kommt, bei dem der Name migeschickt wird, kann man keine Nummer sehen. Gut wäre wenn man im Mitel One Web App Anzeigefeld den Namen und die Nummer gleichzeitig sehen kann. Gut für eine Telefonisitin wenn sie sich die Nummer notieren muss.

Freie Nummerntasten sind im Mobile App nicht konfigurierbar sondern nur über das Web-App. Im Mobile-App sollten auch freie Nummerntasten konfiguriert werden können und nicht nur aus den persönlichen Kontakten.

Customer accessible Software Download portal
Would be great if I, as a technical end customer system administrator, could download OVA's and other software packages directly without my Partner having to do it for me. Example: prepping for a system upgrade, if I could download the MiCollab and MiVB OVA's myself, I could deploy the new VM's and have everything ready for my Partner tech to complete the upgrade.
Tie it to my MUG member MiAccess account, and restrict access to the products and software releases I have SWA entitlement to. Let my Partner control my access if you like.

Mitel Performance Analytics.
Would like the ability to filter alerts so that an alert has to be present for a certain amount of time before sending the email.Example, we have the occasional SIP link alarm that only lasts for 5 seconds. But we get sent the alert. We send alerts to Pagerduty to alert on call team members out of hours. We don't want to be called during the night for an issue that cleared after 5 seconds.
So would be nice to have a filter option that we could set to only send an email if an alarm…

Since Mitel doesn't recommend rebooting an MSL server using Linux cron job or shutdown -r <time> , please provide a way to do a scheduled reboot of an MSL server (MiCollab, MBG etc)

Mitel Assistant - customizable phone fields
For the Mitel Assistant, could it be made possible to customize what field the Assistant app references in a user to determine the phone numbers?
We have customers with a very fleshed out Active Directory that they sync up to Entra. When they sync it upward, they sync the 'ipPhone' attribute to Entra, and has been used to setup CloudLink integration. The 'telephoneNumber' field is synced upward as well, and applied to the "Business Phone" field in Entra, is populated with their DIDs, and this is used to populate the user's contact card information for email signature creation.

Similar to the User Table in Micollab Deployment, it would be helpful to have this information surfaced in the Cloudlink interface. Ideally, it should be displayed on the Users page by adding a dedicated column for it

MiVoice Business Console
Es sollte möglich sein, zu bestimmen, was passiert, wenn die letzte Console beendet wird. Man sollte mindestens zwischen Day, Nigtht1 oder Night2 wählen können.
Gut wäre auch wenn man eine CFU oder "Stellvertretung" einstellen könnte.
bei unseren Small and Meduim Business Kunden ist es oft so, dass es nur 1 Console Benutzer gibt und diese Person hat noch andere Aufgaben.
So könnte sich sich temporär auf ein anderes Ziel weiterleiten.10 votes
