Statusanzeige der Funktionstasten fehlt / Statuses of the quick functions are not displayed
Status der Funktionstasten werden nicht angezeigt. Somit sind die Funktionstasten relativ nutzlos, ohne Status konnten Funktionen bereits mit Zifferntasten ausgeführt werden. Andere Hersteller haben schon lange Statusanzeigen in den Apps für Funktionen.
Viele Kunden fragen uns nach dieser Funktion!
Statuses of the quick functions are not displayed. Thus, the function keys are relatively useless, without status, functions could already be executed with number keys. Other manufacturers have had status displays in the apps for functions for a long time. Many customers have asked us about it!

Kurzwahltelefonbuch, Privates Telefonbuch, OIP-Kontakte und Metadirectorydaten
Kontakte welche im Kommunikationsserver über Kurzwahltelefonbuch, Privates Telefonbuch, OIP-Kontakte und Metadirectorydaten ersichtlich sind müssen alle auch auf dem Mobile- Webapp bei Anruf vom Kunden ersichtlich sein und im App Telefonbuch gesucht und ausgewählt werden können.

Sammelanschluss
Bei eingehenden Anrufen über einen Sammelanschluss (SAS) soll in der Mitel One App der Name des Sammelanschlusses angezeigt werden, damit der Angerufene unterscheiden kann welche Durchwahlnummer der Anrufer gewählt hat. Alternativ könnte auch der Name des ARV angezeigt werden, falls das einfacher zu programmieren wäre. Vielen Dank.

Audiodevice für Headset und Rufausgabe sollte deviniert werden können. Das Gerät für die Rufausgabe soll unabhängig vom Sprachdevice einstellbar sein. Nach Möglichkeit eine Auswahl für den Klingelton.

Network analyse tool for the Cloudlink gateway
Would be nice to have a integrated tool in the cloudlink gateway or a external network analyse tool to check if all the required ports and domains are open and accesable from the cloudlink gateway.
Just to have a fast view if the custommers network is the root cause of some problems.
for example a sort of a kind Teleworker Network analyser tool we know for the MBG

On hold music between Mitel One users (callers waiting)
Make it possible for Mitel 400 admins to change the 'on hold tone' into our customers own waiting music for callers who are being transfered between internal Mitel One users, instead of the Mitel One standard transfer tone which cannot be changed at the moment.

Durch die VPN Anbindung ist der 2380ip für Kunden immer noch sehr interessant und auch durch die Stabilität.
Viele Kunden finden aber das alte Design für nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. MOWO MOMA ist keine Alternative weil z.B. ACD Funktionen nicht funktionieren.23 votes -

In der Mitel One App auf dem Smartphone (Android und IOS) soll es möglich sein den Klingelton anzupassen, damit ein anderer Klingelton wie in der normalen Telefon-App verwendet werden kann.

Prevent MiCollab users with Admin access from being able to connect to MiVoice Business via MiCollab credentials
We ended up with a scenario where we had to restrict the MiVB access for the customer's in house telephony engineers. This is fine, setup the security profile in MiVB and restrict the forms they have read/write access to.
However. These same engineers have admin access to the MiCollab's, which are connected to the MiVB's in order to be able to provision users, setup voicemails etc...
The problem lies in the ability for them to log into MiCollab and then go to Network Elements and click on 'Connect to MiVB System' - which then uses the un/pw which is stored…

Video Calling with Mitel 6940 phones
Develop the SIP or MiNET firmware for the Mitel 6940 to allow for video calling. The display of the 6940 is a decent resolution color display that would be a great platform for video calls. Many hotels and other business would love this feature for integration with 3rd party video phones located in vestibules.

Ring Group shared Voicemail in MiCollab
Why don't Ring Groups have the ability to share and view group mailbox in the MiCollab client like you can with personal mailboxes? We are migrating from Mitel Connect and this feature is/was heavily used. It creates a a large impact in our environment to not have a better voicemail option for Ring Groups.
-Ring Groups with many members don't have a way to manage a mailbox between several users.
-It also does not make sense that they would need to call into voicemail when there is an app that could show the voicemails for their Ring Groups.16 votes -
MiVoice Business Console Accessibility
Unfortunately, v10 of the Mitel software has not improved accessibility and in many ways has made it worse. In particular:
No support for Windows High DPI mode (use of older Java runtimes?)
Very small fonts that cannot be adjusted – although ZoomText does a good job of scaling these, it works much better if the font is slightly larger to start with
Lack of contrast – the new “flat” look has removed some of the higher contrast elements, such as highlighted entries in the Phone Book search are now pale blue

Funktionstasten
Immerhin wurde es nach so langer Zeit geschafft vordefinierte Funktionstasten zu implementieren. Leider nur in der Web-Anwendung, nicht umfangreich genug und am schlimmsten, nicht wirklich zu Ende (richtig) programmiert.
Bei manchen Tasten, wie z.B. Persönliche Anruflenkung oder Schaltgruppen fehlt die zweite Ebene fürs deaktivieren der Funktion.
Was immer noch fehlt, ist bei allen eine Statusanzeige an der auf einem Blick erkannt wird ob eine Funktion aktiviert oder deaktiviert ist.16 votes -
Supervising MiCollab user states using IgniteWeb
It could be great to link MiCollab and Ignite users states.
Because today, using Ignite, you can only see agents states and not MiCollab states.
