The MiVoice Business Console needs to be able to be placed on hold.
We need the ability to place the MiVoice Business Console on hold. This is critical for our clients who triage calls to acd queues, or clients who take calls at the console and wish to perform a warm transfer a non-user device such as IVR, or in some cases to an agent via an IVR. Competing console operator solutions can do this today; a modern console operator's role has changed, and the Mitel MiVB hasn't. The MiVB Console must evolve to meet the use cases and functional requirements of our customers.

Es sollte möglich sein, zu bestimmen, was passiert, wenn die letzte Console beendet wird. Man sollte mindestens zwischen Day, Nigtht1 oder Night2 wählen können.
Gut wäre auch wenn man eine CFU oder "Stellvertretung" einstellen könnte.
bei unseren Small and Meduim Business Kunden ist es oft so, dass es nur 1 Console Benutzer gibt und diese Person hat noch andere Aufgaben.
So könnte sich sich temporär auf ein anderes Ziel weiterleiten.10 votes -

MiVoice Business Console Emergency Call Log Limitation
The MiVB Console Emergency Call Logs is limited to 10 in the name (details) field. In an emergency scenario, time is critical, and the lack of proper information is troubling and archaic. When an emergency call is made the Emergency Call Log should be capable of displaying the end user's complete name to avoid confusion and delay.

MVB presence synchronisation in Micollab
It would be great if the presence status of a MivoiceBusiness user wuld be synced with micollab. We do not see if the MVB - user is in Call. We only see the "grey" button.
As shown in de screenshot, our central telefony works with MVB. They get called very often. So it would be great if we users in micollab know if the mvb user is in call...17 votes -
SLS improvement - Customer Product / Version Release Information
In SLS, Product (software) Release of each application needs to be on main page for the customer in SLS. Currently, to get release version you have to click into License Requests (on left panel), for each application.

Mitel Assistant - customizable phone fields
For the Mitel Assistant, could it be made possible to customize what field the Assistant app references in a user to determine the phone numbers?
We have customers with a very fleshed out Active Directory that they sync up to Entra. When they sync it upward, they sync the 'ipPhone' attribute to Entra, and has been used to setup CloudLink integration. The 'telephoneNumber' field is synced upward as well, and applied to the "Business Phone" field in Entra, is populated with their DIDs, and this is used to populate the user's contact card information for email signature creation.

modifying the MTU both at the MIVB layer and on the Deskphone itself
Hello,
In the context of an SDWAN solution using 5G WAN technology, we are experiencing problems related to the MTU due to a 5G constraint imposed by the ISP creating a malfunction of the MITEL 69XX Minet Desktphone terminals.
On the Mitel solution side, would it be possible to develop the possibility of modifying the MTU both at the MIVB layer and on the Deskphone itself?

Why have you changed to something that has less functionality ?
SLS seems to be much more labour intensive when applying licenses
SLS doesn't seem to have any reporting abilities
SLS - when renewing SWAS , cant ignore old ARIDS in renewal

Adjust the Date/Time Format on MiNet Firmware
Currently the SIP Firmware has the ability to change the Date/Time Formats that display on the phone screen.
The MiNet Firmware does not seem to have the ability to change that. Specifically we have a request to add the Day of Week to the phone display. Example "Tue Feb 4" instead of "04 Feb 2025"

Customer accessible Software Download portal
Would be great if I, as a technical end customer system administrator, could download OVA's and other software packages directly without my Partner having to do it for me. Example: prepping for a system upgrade, if I could download the MiCollab and MiVB OVA's myself, I could deploy the new VM's and have everything ready for my Partner tech to complete the upgrade.
Tie it to my MUG member MiAccess account, and restrict access to the products and software releases I have SWA entitlement to. Let my Partner control my access if you like.

Nupoint Mailbox, need cascade levels for dial-out notifications
Customer would like to be able to have Mailbox Cascade Levels for Remote Notifications. They need more than just 2. They have a scenario where they have a night emergency mailbox that calls the on-call person and as the alternate calls the manager. They need to be able to go in via some type of web view and turn on the notification for User A and F, then turn off for Users B, C, D, E. Ring Group shared Voicemail in MiCollab
Why don't Ring Groups have the ability to share and view group mailbox in the MiCollab client like you can with personal mailboxes? We are migrating from Mitel Connect and this feature is/was heavily used. It creates a a large impact in our environment to not have a better voicemail option for Ring Groups.
-Ring Groups with many members don't have a way to manage a mailbox between several users.
-It also does not make sense that they would need to call into voicemail when there is an app that could show the voicemails for their Ring Groups.36 votes -
Micollab Reporting
When looking at "Micollab client deployment", it shows on the GUI "deployed" and "Downloaded" howevere when you export the data, those fileds do not come across in the csv and would be a usefull feature.
also under "users and services" you have a visual of all users and what features theyre using:

cloudlink MiVB management
Make it possible to create and manage groups from Cloudlink.
It is now possible to place users in existing groups, but you have to do this from within the user.
If you have 40 users that you want to place in a group, you need to open the users one by one beforen you can place them in a group.3 votes -
Monitoring Extension Calls on MiVoice Business
We need the availability for users to be able to monitor extensions they have programmed on their phone. Example, a phone has a DSS key programmed on their phone and that extension receives a phone call, the user with the DSS programmed needs to see who is calling them.

Network Testing in MPA
We setup a network test to make a call to our IVR ports which works as expected. However, the option to raise an alarm on a failure is not available. We would like the ability to send an alarm on failed calls in MPA's network testing tool.

Can a wizard be developed to change the domain name on this product? We just had to make this change and spent a lot of time working with support to get a procedure that correctly made the change. It took weeks to get this accomplished.

Basic self-service system integrated into MxOne
Several competing exchanges already have a self-service system included in their telephone systems, with voice recording to be inserted to build the call routing tree for the configured extension. Something basic that should be included in MxOne, without needing to use more expensive Mitel resources or third-party resources to implement something that many customers request.
