Teleworker Network Analyzer - Load Test Quality Document
Mitel Teleworker Network Analyzer Tool is great but the documentation is lacking, specifically around metrics. While monitoring the Load Test in Real-Time you can see the word description like "Great, Good, Poor, UGH, etc." You can also have the data saved to a CSV. The problem is that when you look at the saved CSV you have no way to correlate the word descriptions to the actual numeric metrics.
This could be easily resolved by just generating a document which shows the "word descriptions" with criteria such as:
Delay over 1 second is great if X, good if Y, UGH…

Enable operation of the third NIC on SMBC without requiring the WAN interface to be programmed and active.
Enable operation of the third NIC on the SMBC without requiring the WAN interface to be programmed and active.
At present, the MiVB‑10 documentation states that when the third NIC is used, the LAN and WAN interfaces must also be configured and active. Removing the WAN dependency would improve configuration flexibility and deployment scenarios.3 votesThis should be resolved.

MIVB Embedded voicemail busy/Non busy greeting function
In the MIVB embedded voicemail there is the non busy greeting and th ebusy greeting. When the phone is call forwarded to voicemail or is busy it will play the busy greeting. The customer would like to just have the non busy greeting play for any call type when getting to voicemail. You can set this up via the admin mailbox but have to do it manually to each individual mailbox and that is very cumbersome and time consuming when you have hundreds of mailboxes. There should be an option to set these types of features as a whole in…

MiVoice Connect Knowledge Base
The MiVoice Connect knowledge base needs to be put back into a working state. There is no way to navigate/search which makes supporting a product that's already difficult to support even more difficult. Move all the articles to the KMS where everything else already is. It never made sense they were separate. If they aren't in the correct format and you don't have anyone to format them then have Chat GPT do it. This should not be a topic of conversation. We should be able to search/access the KB articles just like we can for every other product. I would…

Prevent MiCollab users with Admin access from being able to connect to MiVoice Business via MiCollab credentials
We ended up with a scenario where we had to restrict the MiVB access for the customer's in house telephony engineers. This is fine, setup the security profile in MiVB and restrict the forms they have read/write access to.
However. These same engineers have admin access to the MiCollab's, which are connected to the MiVB's in order to be able to provision users, setup voicemails etc...
The problem lies in the ability for them to log into MiCollab and then go to Network Elements and click on 'Connect to MiVB System' - which then uses the un/pw which is stored…

The using of an API with the RCS server RQST00000991996
Customer would like to know if this is possible?
We have a management portal and our development team would like the ability to push MAC addresses to the the RCS server over API calls. This way once we enter the MAC address in our system, it's automatically pushed to RCS as well.
