  1. Es sollte möglich sein, zu bestimmen, was passiert, wenn die letzte Console beendet wird. Man sollte mindestens zwischen Day, Nigtht1 oder Night2 wählen können.
    Gut wäre auch wenn man eine CFU oder "Stellvertretung" einstellen könnte.
    bei unseren Small and Meduim Business Kunden ist es oft so, dass es nur 1 Console Benutzer gibt und diese Person hat noch andere Aufgaben.
    So könnte sich sich temporär auf ein anderes Ziel weiterleiten.

  3. Kunden haben den Wunsch angebracht in Mitel One Telefonnotizen erstellen zu können. Pro Anruf ein separates Pop-Up, welches Notizen zum momentanen Gespräch ermöglichen.

  5. The MiVB Console Emergency Call Logs is limited to 10 in the name (details) field. In an emergency scenario, time is critical, and the lack of proper information is troubling and archaic. When an emergency call is made the Emergency Call Log should be capable of displaying the end user's complete name to avoid confusion and delay.

  6. In SLS, Product (software) Release of each application needs to be on main page for the customer in SLS. Currently, to get release version you have to click into License Requests (on left panel), for each application.

  7. Ich wünsche mir daß die Abkündigung der 400er zurückgenommen wird.
    Die Openscape kann der 400er nicht das Wasser reichen und die Mivoice Business ist zu aufwändig für kleiner Kunden.

  8. Bei Nutzung von zwei SIM Karten im Iphone kommen keine RTP Daten zustande. Anruf wird nur signalisiert.

    Datenverkehr ist in den Einstellungen auf eine SIM Karte eingestellt. Keine Verbesserung.

    App nur im Wlan nutzbar.

  9. Wenn Frei Nummerntasten z.B. PISN oder externe Rufnummern auf dem App als Taste gespeichert wird, kann auf diese nicht weitervebunden werden (Die Tasten werden ausgeblendet). Wem um Himmelswillen fällt es ein, diese Tasten auszublenden?
    Man kann zwar weiterverbinden mit der PISN Nummer zu wählen, ist jedoch am Ziel vorbei für Userfreundliche Benutzung.
    Ausserdem kommt je nach Smartphone der grüne Balken über der Tastatur, so dass eigentlich gar nicht alle Ziffern gewählt werden können.
    Ganz ehrlich. Man hat es einmal mehr geschafft, das ganze zu verschlimmbessern. Mitel Office hatte man schon bald soweit dass man es zum Bedienen nutzen konnte bis…

  11. Recently sent or received chat messages should be queue up in top,
    either customized setting option should be provided to do so or it should be set up as default
    for ex: an SMS received in mobile will always show up in top, need to have similar facility

  13. Es sollte eine Benachrichtigung über "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" auf dem Sperrbildschirm des Smartphones erscheinen, sodass nicht andauernd die Mitel One-App auf "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" geprüft werden muss.

  15. As a long time Shoretel/Connect partner I have to tell you that licensing for MIVB/MBG/Micollab is difficult. I am sure if I understood it, it would be quite simple, but from a partner perspective it is frustrating to not be able to call and get some guidance without being made feel welcome to the assistance. Just food for thought. Idea: do better!

  17. In MiCollab wurde diese Funktion genial umgesetzt und erlaubt den Usern selbst zu sehen ob die Verbindung gut oder schlecht ist.

    Daher bitte ein Symbol zur aktuellen Verbindungsqualität in Mitel One Web sowie der Mobile App hinzufügen.
    So kann ein beachtlicher Supportaufwand vermieden werden und der Endanweder sieht auf den ersten Blick wenn etwas nicht stimmt.

  18. Now when I get an incoming call, a pop-up from chrome appears that states: "Incoming call".
    However, this message remains even after I have not answered the call.
    For example, it happens that I come back to my desk, think there is an incoming call because the pop-up window says so. But the notification concerned a call of 15 min ago.

    The pop-up should disappear when the call is no longer incoming.

  19. Issue:

    Extensions are not licensed on YSE (MiCC) when the customers create a new extensions and they have to manually check each extension on YSE.

    FIX
    ->Can we add a licenses option to be automatically checked when creating a new extension.
    ->On MiCollab while creating a new extension can the Quick Add template have a Checkbox field to select the license option.

  20. Liebes Mitel-One-Team,

    es wäre schön, wenn man die eingehenden Anrufnummern umbenennen könnte, um den Anrufer in der Liste zu erkennen und um die Anruferliste dann als Telefonbuch nutzen zu können. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man durch Rechtsklick auf die Nummer eine Aufnahme in das zentrale Telefonbuch veranlassen könnte.
