Azure/Entra AD Sync - remove requirement for attribute mapping for telephoneNumber field
Most customers already have their Azure AD setup for the telephoneNumber field to be the full 10 digit DID. If you don't map that or change that, then you cannot sync your users anymore (get sync errors) and no updates will take place. We need the ability to map another field as the primeDN, instead of telephoneNumber.

Bring back all the previous amc functionality to SLS
Why have you changed to something that has less functionality ?
SLS seems to be much more labour intensive when applying licenses
SLS doesn't seem to have any reporting abilities
SLS - when renewing SWAS , cant ignore old ARIDS in renewal

move them to a seperate company

Es sollte eine Funktionstaste hinzugefügt werden können, damit sich Agenten am Callcenter (Mitel Mivoice Office 400 / Mitel OIP) anmelden und abmelden können.

In der Anrufliste auf dem Smartphone in der normalen Telefon-App erscheinen auch die Anrufe aus der Mitel One App. Dies sollte bei Bedarf ausgeschaltet werden können.

Switch to disable phone in app
With last update at least for android Mitel removed swith to disable phone functionality in app.
We often have situation where users want to disable calls on smartphone but be availible on desk phone.Please bring back that switch.

MS Teams Status
Das Mitel One sollte mittels der MS Teamsanbindung (via cloudlink) auch den Status vom Teams auslesen können.
Aktuell sieht man Im MS Teams wenn jemand über Mitel One Telefoniert.
Wenn jemand mittels MS Teams ein Meeting o.ä. hat, ist das in der Mitel APP nicht ersichtlich.6 votes -

Since Mitel is using Amazon Services to provide access to the Software download center: swdlgw.mitel.com
When the Mitel server reaches out to swdlgw.mitel.com it may be going to a number of different public IP addresses.
This creates an issue when you're configured in Server-Gateway mode and the WAN adapter is associated with a provided such as AT&T on a dedicated SIP trunk circuit that doesn't allow internet traffic.
The current solution is to Add an Additional Network Route which only supports IP addresses.
It's understood that Linux and Windows will allow you to add a route at the OS level.…5 votes -

Es wäre cool, wenn man im Mitel One auch Funktionstasten einbauen kann bei denen man sieht, dass ein anderer Teilnehmer gerade angerufen wird. Idealerweise kann man sich mit der Taste dann direkt den Anruf ziehen.

Bonjour, un client utilise la fonction "Message" de Mitel et lorsqu'il communique un numéro au travers du Chat, le client aimerait pouvoir directement appeler en cliquant sur le numéro via le Chat (comme whatsapp ou autre application de message), bientôt possible j'espère ;-)

Android-App: Notrufnummern als Durchwahl erlauben
Sofern ein interner Benutzer eine Durchwahl wie etwa -110 oder -112 oder -911 besitzt, kann dieser intern von der MitelOne Android App nicht mehr angerufen werden. Von der alten MobileOffice App war dies möglich.
Wir benötigen dringend diese Funktion, da mehrere unserer Benutzer für MitelOne-App-Benutzer nicht mehr erreichbar sind!Users of extensions such as -110, -112, -911 are not able to be called from a MitelOne Android App. Using old MobileOffice App this is possible.

Populate callid fields for mivoice internal smdr records, add year to the date fields, arrange the smdr fields in a parsing friendly order
1)The Mitel Mivoice smdr does not populate the callid field for smdr for internal calls.
This significantly complicates the algorithm for parsing of these records as compared to records for external calls. On most modern PBXs (eg Avaya IPO and 3cx) this is the norm (see attachments).
I propose that Mitel enhance the smdr for internal calls by populating the callid , associated callid and sequence number fields as is currently the case for external calls smdr.

Customer would like to be able to have Mailbox Cascade Levels for Remote Notifications. They need more than just 2. They have a scenario where they have a night emergency mailbox that calls the on-call person and as the alternate calls the manager. They need to be able to go in via some type of web view and turn on the notification for User A and F, then turn off for Users B, C, D, E. Im WEB oder Installiert Version sollten Entgangene Anrufe im ICON Sichtbar gemacht werden, damit man nicht immer in die Applikation muss. Ähnlich wie dies im APP funktioniert.
