Nupoint Mailbox, need cascade levels for dial-out notifications
Customer would like to be able to have Mailbox Cascade Levels for Remote Notifications. They need more than just 2. They have a scenario where they have a night emergency mailbox that calls the on-call person and as the alternate calls the manager. They need to be able to go in via some type of web view and turn on the notification for User A and F, then turn off for Users B, C, D, E. Then next week, turn on for User B and F, then turn off for Users A,C, D, E, etc. With these levels we need to have timers to call whoever is turned on before advancing to the next user that might be turned on for that week.
People are going to say "use a text message notification" or "use a email notification". Users will always answer the phone, they might not hear a text message or email. The customer wants a "phone call"
We had almost this exact feature in the MiVO250.
We also need the user to be able to access that mailbox via webpage to turn on/off the users for that week. We don't want to have the users login to the MiCollab Server and navigate their way to the Nupoint and risk changing the wrong thing.
