Deleting Nupoint mailboxes with messages causes MWI issues
Fix the issue with MWI that occurs when you delete a Nupoint mailbox containing messages. Every time we delete a user on the MIVB with a mailbox the messages must be manually deleted to prevent message waiting indicators from falsely turning on or not turning on.

Yoursite
In Yoursite Explorer make it possible in the schedules to set a from -to date instead of having to set every day seperately with the AND parameter (see example). I would like to set it like: From Friday 15 september till Monday 18 september in one line. This saves many mouseclicks and is far more flexible. It is possible with Time, so why not with days??

Es sollte eine Benachrichtigung über "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" auf dem Sperrbildschirm des Smartphones erscheinen, sodass nicht andauernd die Mitel One-App auf "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" geprüft werden muss.

Incoming call pop-up not going away
Now when I get an incoming call, a pop-up from chrome appears that states: "Incoming call".
However, this message remains even after I have not answered the call.
For example, it happens that I come back to my desk, think there is an incoming call because the pop-up window says so. But the notification concerned a call of 15 min ago.The pop-up should disappear when the call is no longer incoming.

Issue:
Extensions are not licensed on YSE (MiCC) when the customers create a new extensions and they have to manually check each extension on YSE.
FIX
->Can we add a licenses option to be automatically checked when creating a new extension.

eingehende Anrufe umbenennen
Liebes Mitel-One-Team,
es wäre schön, wenn man die eingehenden Anrufnummern umbenennen könnte, um den Anrufer in der Liste zu erkennen und um die Anruferliste dann als Telefonbuch nutzen zu können. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man durch Rechtsklick auf die Nummer eine Aufnahme in das zentrale Telefonbuch veranlassen könnte.

SMS needs to be added to MiVB Subscription model. I am running into customers that MiVB Subscription will be a good fit, but they require SMS. Connect, RingCentral, Nextiva, etc. have this built in.

MiCC CX - Sorting order in Ignite for grouppresence
In ignite an agent can change their agentgroup presence status for ALL of the agentgroups. (voice, mail, chat) but there's no sorting order at all. Chat, mail, voice groups, all in a random order while before the upgrade the groups were sorted by media type. When an agent is in lots of groups this is very unhandy.
Please bring back the sorting order and let the agent choose how to sort (Alphabetical, Media type etc.)7 votes -

MiVoice Business Console Emergency Call Log Limitation
The MiVB Console Emergency Call Logs is limited to 10 in the name (details) field. In an emergency scenario, time is critical, and the lack of proper information is troubling and archaic. When an emergency call is made the Emergency Call Log should be capable of displaying the end user's complete name to avoid confusion and delay.

Darstellung der Verbindungsqualität während eines Anrufs
In MiCollab wurde diese Funktion genial umgesetzt und erlaubt den Usern selbst zu sehen ob die Verbindung gut oder schlecht ist.
Daher bitte ein Symbol zur aktuellen Verbindungsqualität in Mitel One Web sowie der Mobile App hinzufügen.
So kann ein beachtlicher Supportaufwand vermieden werden und der Endanweder sieht auf den ersten Blick wenn etwas nicht stimmt.7 votes -
Voicemail Reporting for MiVoice Connect that provides specifics as to messages in each user mailbox.
Requested detailed reporting on the voicemails and information like how long each voicemail has stayed unheard in the users’ voicemail.
All voicemails have a time and date stamp, so if the system can tell the message was unheard, how can they not provide the time stamp to that message?

In der Anrufliste auf dem Smartphone in der normalen Telefon-App erscheinen auch die Anrufe aus der Mitel One App. Dies sollte bei Bedarf ausgeschaltet werden können.
