In the context of an SDWAN solution using 5G WAN technology, we are experiencing problems related to the MTU due to a 5G constraint imposed by the ISP creating a malfunction of the MITEL 69XX Minet Desktphone terminals.
On the Mitel solution side, would it be possible to develop the possibility of modifying the MTU both at the MIVB layer and on the Deskphone itself?

change their password themselves
The users have to change their password themselves immediately after the upgrade MiCC, and the first time they can do it themselves.
But customer(s) would like to see that if they have forgotten their password themselves, they can change their password themselves through a self-service option.6 votes -
Improvements to web chat/email reporting
Current reporting allows you to see how may web chat/email interactions an agent has taken. Customer have asked if this can be broken down in reporting by how many emails/chats have been pushed to an agent and how many have been manually selected i. This data is currently not captured but perhaps could be entries in consolidated reporting ?

Outlook-Calendar integration also with Outlook-status "working elsewhere"
It would be interesting to have an additional option for CALENDAR INTEGRATION WITH OUTLOOK status "works elsewhere" . (in addition to integration with “Busy” and “Out of Office”).

Increase the no. of search results returned by the Transfer pop-up in Web Ignite
The Transfer window in Ignite shows up to 25 recent destinations, but if you need to search for a queue not in your recents, the functionality is very limited.
The default behaviour we see is:
- When selecting a filter other than 'All', only 4 entries are shown by default and user has to click 'Show More' repeatedly to load 4 more each time.
- The order that Queue search results are loaded in is random/not apparent. They are not loaded in queue name alphabetical or reporting number numeric order (once loaded, they ARE shown in alphabetical order, but you…6 votes -

Aktuell sieht man Im MS Teams wenn jemand über Mitel One Telefoniert.

6900 Phone Volume Increase by config file like 400 series
Customer says volume on ringers and speaker phone is too low for some areas. As of right now there's not a way to set the gain on 6900 series phones like you can on the 400 series. Would like this feature added.

New report for MiContact Center Business
Add a report to the new reporting tool in 7.0 that will allow for customers to run a report to show the number of calls/interaction per phone number not just a list. Provide similar statistics to the Voice Queue and Queue Group ANI by Area Code. Envista Credit Union is one potential customer requesting this report. This is the most requested report during pre-sales demonstrations.

Workflow "size" graphs in YourSite Explorer.
When designing IVR Workflows or Subroutines, it is a best practice to ensure the resultant XAML file is no larger than 500KB. If it a XAML file is large, it puts undo pressure on system resources. YSE currently has no mechanism to show you the current size of the workflow/subroutine that you are building. In the Workflow.Mitel.io workflow builder, there is a "altimeter" gauge in the upper left corner that shows the current size of the workflow and the limit it can reach. Licensing
As a long time Shoretel/Connect partner I have to tell you that licensing for MIVB/MBG/Micollab is difficult. I am sure if I understood it, it would be quite simple, but from a partner perspective it is frustrating to not be able to call and get some guidance without being made feel welcome to the assistance. Just food for thought. Idea: do better!

Micollab Reporting
When looking at "Micollab client deployment", it shows on the GUI "deployed" and "Downloaded" howevere when you export the data, those fileds do not come across in the csv and would be a usefull feature.
also under "users and services" you have a visual of all users and what features theyre using:

Marquee needs to be able to hold more characters.
Our marquee shows the Queue Service Level, Calls waiting, Longest Waiting, and Agents available.
Additionally, it shows the Agents with their status, ACD Count, ACD Time and time in state.We just added another agent to our existing 7, and when adding their info, the system wouldn't allow us to type any more characters.
We opened a ticket with product support and they helped us determine that the system won't allow additional characters to be typed.As a work-around, we added a 2nd Marquee to separate the Queue part from the agents. With this we were able to add the…

Switch to disable phone in app
With last update at least for android Mitel removed swith to disable phone functionality in app.
We often have situation where users want to disable calls on smartphone but be availible on desk phone.Please bring back that switch.

Android-App: Notrufnummern als Durchwahl erlauben
Sofern ein interner Benutzer eine Durchwahl wie etwa -110 oder -112 oder -911 besitzt, kann dieser intern von der MitelOne Android App nicht mehr angerufen werden. Von der alten MobileOffice App war dies möglich.
Wir benötigen dringend diese Funktion, da mehrere unserer Benutzer für MitelOne-App-Benutzer nicht mehr erreichbar sind!Users of extensions such as -110, -112, -911 are not able to be called from a MitelOne Android App. Using old MobileOffice App this is possible.

Change the From address from a MSL server like MBG / OIG / Mivb
It is now not possibel the change the from address that is used for sending email in case of error, allarms.
The format is now: root@hostname.fqdn. Can this be set up to for example to hostname@fqdn. The fqdn is than matching the fqdn of the customer and the customer has to to create subdomains for al the different servers.5 votes
