Insights Reporting in Mitel One CX
I would like to suggest two changes to the reports that are provide by Mitel One.
Make the date / time fields compatible with Excel. The current output, "2021-11-03T12:43:45Z" does not work without manual manipulation.
Add the CX agents extensions to the report

Flexible CPN with Ignite Softphone
Have an option to change your CPN Substitution within the Ignite softphone. Our Contact center answers calls for various businesses and we have to call these customers back and need to be able to change the CPN based on the customer we are calling back. We currently can do this on the desk phone by adding a key that has a different CPN than the prime keys

MiCollab Contact Bubbles
Our customers enjoy using the micollab client and wants to have as much as possible in their application. Now they use a lot of contact bubbles, but this can be overwhelming because they can't organize them.
I know that this is not possible, because of that the customer asked me to make a feature request.
Could this be implemented in a possible future release of the micollab?

My question concerns Unify OpenScape Business X5R V3.
We recently encountered the following problem:
We have a customer with calendars that work as follows:
At night, calls are forwarded to voicemail.
Early in the morning, at noon, and late in the afternoon, calls are forwarded to an on-call service.
During the day, calls are redirected to the agency's phone.Our client has 45 agencies that operate in this way.
Our problem:
During holidays, the system remains broadly similar, but the voicemail, on-call, and opening hours are different.

MSL as a Config\Firmware server for MiVoice MX-ONE
As MSL all ready has DHCP, DNS, NTP functions it would be great to add TFTP and HTTP download functions for for Mitel devices (68xx, 69xx, SIP Dect, etc.)
I that way customers could use MSL Virtual Appliance for provisioning all needed data and files for Mitel devices without using 3rd party aplications (tftpSE, HSF and others on remote PCs).
It could be readable folder where you can upload files with elevated privilege user via SFTP of through MSL web interface.

easy admin pro
The ergonomics of the M5000 Easy Admin Pro interface should be improved, particularly for managing the shared directory.
Here are the issues encountered and which should be improved:
When Viewing records:
- Maximum 100 lines
- No column sorting
- No speed dial searchWhen creating/editing records:
- No input control during creation/editing > Creation of duplicate call numbers or speed dial numbers is possible !
- No automatic speed dial incrementor suggestion: it's impossible to know if a speed dial number is available unless you follow a parallel listing!1 vote -
Network Testing in MPA
We setup a network test to make a call to our IVR ports which works as expected. However, the option to raise an alarm on a failure is not available. We would like the ability to send an alarm on failed calls in MPA's network testing tool.

Mitel Performance Analytics
Can a wizard be developed to change the domain name on this product? We just had to make this change and spent a lot of time working with support to get a procedure that correctly made the change. It took weeks to get this accomplished.

Basic self-service system integrated into MxOne
Several competing exchanges already have a self-service system included in their telephone systems, with voice recording to be inserted to build the call routing tree for the configured extension. Something basic that should be included in MxOne, without needing to use more expensive Mitel resources or third-party resources to implement something that many customers request.

MiCC worktimer to long
In the event of a malfunction with the MiCC server, EHDA agents (home workers) with a 'long' Worktimer have the problem that they cannot cancel the Worktimer after the 1st call and are therefore unavailable for a longer period of time.
create a feature access code for worktimer and/or make busy

I would like to have the possibility to add click to dial field in cmgweb, for example a misc field . Now only telno and cordless is usable.
The logic for display number as possible to dial is only implemented for the Telno number field and the cordless number field in the CMG Web application

Mitel DECT: Allow more than 64 chars for LDAP username
Mitel SIP-DECT seems to allow up to 64 chars for the LDAP username. Some of our customers have a demand to use up to 80 characters there (because we generate this
username in our system, depending on other strings like customer instance name).
Is it feasible to raise this limitation?Thanks and best regards

Häufig gesuchte Kontakte oder die zuletzt gesuchten sollten zB. auf dem Web Client darstellbar sein.

Suchfunktion mit Quellangaben sowie mehrfachen Rufnummern erweitern
Die gefundenen Kontakte via Suchfunktion sollten erweitert werden.
Zeigt es vorhandene Outlook / MS 365 Kontakte immer einzeln an (Kontakte mit mehreren Rufnummern werden nicht als solche dargestellt.
Eine Angaben woher dieses Suchergebnis kommt (analog zur OIP Suche) erleichtert die Fehlersuche für uns Partner und erlaubt dem Kunden zu Wissen ob dies nun ein lokaler oder zB. MS 365 Kontakt ist

Multiple Wakeups in guest rooms
I've had many customers ask for the ability to have more than one wakeup call on the MiVoice400 Hospitality system. Most are owners that had the SX200ICP and are used to that feature being available.

MiVoice Connect Workgroup - Play Prompt before call route to the agent or Queue. ( Initial Greetings)
MiVoice Connect Onsite Workgroup - Play Prompt before call route to the agent or Queue. ( Initial Greetings).
MiVoice Connect Onsite doesn't paly prompt to it send the call to it's member. It was working in older release but stopped working in the newer release. It does have option to upload greetings but unfortunately it doesn't work.
This will make customer life very easy to create workgroup call flow if it can play prompt before send the call to member or queue. Right now, it only play the prompt (greetings) only if call in the queue.

Add FAQ links to Mitel Chat
Should be able to add a link at the start of the Chat Interface that links to our FAQ section. That way customers can find some answers themselves without even starting a chat.
