  1. Mitel One soll als "Call to" Applikation auf Windows zur Verfügung stehen.
    Noch besser wäre eine Hotkey Unterstützung für Anrufe ab diversen Quellen.

  2. Im WEB oder Installiert Version sollten Entgangene Anrufe im ICON Sichtbar gemacht werden, damit man nicht immer in die Applikation muss. Ähnlich wie dies im APP funktioniert.

Eine eingegebene bzw. kopierte Rufnummer muss frei im Eingabe-/Nummernfeld editierbar sein, d.h. wenn man über Mitel One auf dem Smartphone eine Rufnummer eingegeben und sich dabei verschrieben hat muss man die fehlerhafte Ziffer berichtigen können ohne dabei die restlichen Ziffern vor der betroffenen rauslöschen zu müssen!

  5. MiCollabMiTeam Chat does not provide Audible or Visual notification when using the Desktop or Mobile Client application. My team relies on this regularly and misses time sensitive alerts.

    Ticket#2022092686001161. Tech support did clarify that the Web Version will provide (only) visual.

    I forget to check to see if a new MiTeam chat by opening and looking a the Bold type for an unread new chat throughout the day.
    This feature should have been included in design.
    Settings->General->Notifications doesn't show type of MiTeam Chat will be excluded.

  6. Can we please get an update on this subject.

    Thanks. That is the correct guide but there is no addition of ELIN.

    Product model: 6800 series
    Firmware version: 5.0
    Serial number: all

    When a phone is configured to use LLDP to obtain an ELIN, the phone will use this value as the Caller Name when placing a call to an Emergency Services number. That is working fine.

    It would be helpful for us if the ELIN was available in an XML variable so it could be communicated to scripts when softkeys are pressed. Perhaps as an example, the $$ELIN$$ variable…

  8. Sometimes when you open the MiVoice Connect client (Build 214.100.1265.0), it opens with the Exchange login active and it does not open with the window wide enough to close that Exchange login. Yes, you can press tab 3 times and then press Enter to close it, but that is not acceptable for users to have to deal with. It creates trouble calls to the helpdesk. So it wastes time for the user and for IT. Please fix! Thanks!

  9. Customer would like to know if this is possible?

    We have a management portal and our development team would like the ability to push MAC addresses to the the RCS server over API calls. This way once we enter the MAC address in our system, it's automatically pushed to RCS as well.

  12. I have implemented HPiQ for a customer however they have asked if the below is possible:

    If the customer has requested a callback, what Agentgroup would be allocated?
    For example, call received within pathway P411, Payment Support.
    To support the pathway, we have overflows which moves the call after 30 seconds (there should be call look back in place so that if an agent becomes available from 461 they take the call as priority)

    461 Payment Support
    456 Payment Support Overflow
    454 Complex Overflow

    If the callback is the next one available, would it be allocated to any of the…

  13. While an agent is working an active chat, there are timestamps for each reply on the customer and agents interactions. Once the chat has been closed, when bringing back up in History, the timestamps are gone. This makes it impossible for a supervisor to see how long between replies between agent and customer. Would request that timestamps are preserved into History

  15. Need a way to silence MPA logs on the MiVB's, as these are filling up audit logs and now cannot see who is making changes behond a certain amount of days.

  16. Customer would like to be able to have Mailbox Cascade Levels for Remote Notifications. They need more than just 2. They have a scenario where they have a night emergency mailbox that calls the on-call person and as the alternate calls the manager. They need to be able to go in via some type of web view and turn on the notification for User A and F, then turn off for Users B, C, D, E. Then next week, turn on for User B and F, then turn off for Users A,C, D, E, etc. With these levels we need…

  17. Complimentary Registration for Partners with MUG sign up

    Not sure which category to list this, so Other it is!

    After the most recent Mitel NEXT event where end users of the users group were invited again (Yay), i noticed that my partner didn't attend.

    I started thinking, if feasable, wouldn't it be a great idea to offer the partner of an attending User Group member 1 comp registration to attend, in case this was the reason they weren't.

    I would have liked my partner to be in attendance, if for no other reason than to discuss possibilities from the vendors…

Wird mit einem Telefonapparat eine Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 direkt gewählt zeigt es zwar den Namen der gespeicherten Nummer im Display an, möchte man jedoch in der Wahlwiederholung diesen Namen wieder finden zeigt es nur die Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 an und nicht mehr den Namen. Anscheinend wird auf Anfrage bei Mitel das Problem auch nicht gelöst. In letzter Zeit gibt es viele solche Probleme welche nicht mehr gelöst werden wollen von Mitel. Mitel möchte zwar nach wie vor dass man Mivo 400 System weiterhin verkauft, da ja anscheinend jedoch Mitel nicht gewollt ist Funktionen welche mal funktionert haben wieder zu lösen…

  19. Die Anrufliste von Mitel One ist sehr rudimentär und könnte mit wenig Aufwand für die Kunden einen deutlichen Mehrwert bieten.

    Dazu zählen folgende Ideen:
    - Name + Rufnummer (vorhanden)
    - Datum / Uhrzeit (vorhanden)
    - Anrufdauer
    - Informationen falls der Anruf weitergeleitet wurde
    - Informationen über welches ARV / Durchwahl der Anruf ankam

    Optional:
    - Möglichkeit das der Anruf gespeichert werden kann und ein Kontaktfenster zB. in Outlook aufgeht

  20. Während eines "Anruf hinzufügen" funktioniert die Suchfunktion nur für die Suche von anderen Mitel One Usern. Dabei müsste dort die gleiche Möglichkeit wie in der normalen Telefonbuch Suchfunktion vorhanden sein.
