  2. In the event of a malfunction with the MiCC server, EHDA agents (home workers) with a 'long' Worktimer have the problem that they cannot cancel the Worktimer after the 1st call and are therefore unavailable for a longer period of time.

    create a feature access code for worktimer and/or make busy

  3. Het is nu in de applicatie niet mogelijk om te zien of je in- of uitgeschreven bent in een gebruikersgroep (huntgroep).
    Het zou visueel handiger zijn als de knop "aanmelden" in het groen zou staan wanneer je je hebt ingeschreven in de gebruikersgroep, en de knop "uitloggen" in het rood wanneer je bent uitgeschreven.

  4. I would like to have the possibility to add click to dial field in cmgweb, for example a misc field . Now only telno and cordless is usable.
    The logic for display number as possible to dial is only implemented for the Telno number field and the cordless number field in the CMG Web application
    In my screenshot you can see "intern mobil" is not clickable.

  5. Mitel SIP-DECT seems to allow up to 64 chars for the LDAP username. Some of our customers have a demand to use up to 80 characters there (because we generate this
    username in our system, depending on other strings like customer instance name).
    Is it feasible to raise this limitation?

  6. Häufig gesuchte Kontakte oder die zuletzt gesuchten sollten zB. auf dem Web Client darstellbar sein.
    Dies würde die Arbeit für gewisse Kunden erleichtern.

  7. Die gefundenen Kontakte via Suchfunktion sollten erweitert werden.

    1. Zeigt es vorhandene Outlook / MS 365 Kontakte immer einzeln an (Kontakte mit mehreren Rufnummern werden nicht als solche dargestellt.

    2. Eine Angaben woher dieses Suchergebnis kommt (analog zur OIP Suche) erleichtert die Fehlersuche für uns Partner und erlaubt dem Kunden zu Wissen ob dies nun ein lokaler oder zB. MS 365 Kontakt ist

  9. MiVoice Connect Onsite Workgroup - Play Prompt before call route to the agent or Queue. ( Initial Greetings).

    MiVoice Connect Onsite doesn't paly prompt to it send the call to it's member. It was working in older release but stopped working in the newer release. It does have option to upload greetings but unfortunately it doesn't work.

    This will make customer life very easy to create workgroup call flow if it can play prompt before send the call to member or queue. Right now, it only play the prompt (greetings) only if call in the queue.

  10. Should be able to add a link at the start of the Chat Interface that links to our FAQ section. That way customers can find some answers themselves without even starting a chat.

  11. Im Mitel One Web Client hat man die Möglichkeit, seine Kontakte aus dem Microsoft365 Adressbuch zu verknüpfen. In den Apps für IOS / Android lassen sich die Kontakte nur aus der Kontake-App verknüpfen. Dies hat datenschutzrechlich große Nachteile (z.B. Nutzung von WhatsApp nicht mehr erlaubt).

    Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Kontakte direkt von Mitel aus Microsoft365 verwendet werden, wie im Web-Client, die Kontoverknüpfung ist ja bereits möglich.

  12. automatische Amtsholung oder zumindest bei ankommenden CLIP die 0 entfernen. Problem: eine automatische Amtsholung kann man zurzeit nur mit Hotline=0 simulieren. Wenn jedoch der Benutzer mit der Hotline von extern angerufen wird, funktioniert der Rückruf nicht, da eine 0 zuviel in der Anruferliste steht.

  15. I would like to suggest two changes to the reports that are provide by Mitel One.

    1. Make the date / time fields compatible with Excel. The current output, "2021-11-03T12:43:45Z" does not work without manual manipulation.

    2. Add the CX agents extensions to the report

  16. Det vore önskvärt om alla användare kan logga in/ur de svarsgrupper de tillhör i appen (PC/Mobil), varenda Cloudväxel erbjuder den funktionen och den är ett krav från nästan varje kund numer. Och att det tydligt framgår om man är inloggad eller ej.

Estamos probando el Jabra Stealth con último update de Jabra con el Mitel 6940 conectado con la pastilla porque si lo conectamos por BT al pagarlo y volverlo a encender ya no se vuelve a conectar. El caso es que con pastilla no hay problema y funciona bien pero nos hemos dado cuenta que cuando se coge una llamada nos aparece un POPUP de volumen del casco que dura unos 4 segundos y que básicamente no deja hacer nada en el teléfono. A ver se puede vivir con esto pero creo que será mejor transmitirlo a Mitel por si lo…

  18. Der Kunde möchte sich in der Mitel One App inaktiv schalten können, damit er keine Anrufe erhält, bisher ging das problemlos über die Einstellungen. Mit dem Update auf die mitelone-mobile - version 6.4.0 ist dies nun leider nicht mehr möglich.
