  1. Die Anrufliste von Mitel One ist sehr rudimentär und könnte mit wenig Aufwand für die Kunden einen deutlichen Mehrwert bieten.

    Dazu zählen folgende Ideen:
    - Name + Rufnummer (vorhanden)
    - Datum / Uhrzeit (vorhanden)
    - Anrufdauer
    - Informationen falls der Anruf weitergeleitet wurde
    - Informationen über welches ARV / Durchwahl der Anruf ankam

    Optional:
    - Möglichkeit das der Anruf gespeichert werden kann und ein Kontaktfenster zB. in Outlook aufgeht

  2. Während eines "Anruf hinzufügen" funktioniert die Suchfunktion nur für die Suche von anderen Mitel One Usern. Dabei müsste dort die gleiche Möglichkeit wie in der normalen Telefonbuch Suchfunktion vorhanden sein.

  4. We have a governement department customer who during a rceent security audit, had it flagged that the Web Server Shared Secret keys are limmediately visible when you log in to the Server Manager in MSL.

    They would like the ability for this to be hidden.

  5. Dear all,

    customers have issues when trying to dial numbers such as 110, 112, 118, 119 from mitel one Android app.
    Mitel App opens phone's native dial app but dors not dial the numbers directly.
    Especially 118 and 119 are no emergency numbers, so behavior is not understandable.

  6. For the moment all configuration has to be done by the technician. I’m convinced that customers will require the possibility to change things themselves afterwards. I’m thinking of the role of a USER (agent, teamleader, …). The routing part, opening hours, change the MOH, the definition of Away codes etc…. We don’t want a full access to the CloudLink Account Console of course! Idea is to give restricted rights to the users from the end customer

  7. Ich würde mir Wünschen das es eine Action URL Funktion geben würde. Damit könnte bei einem eingehenden Anruf die Rufnummer direkt an eine Kundendatenbank oder ein Web Telefonbuch (z.B. search.ch) übergeben werden.

  10. In the MIVB embedded voicemail there is the non busy greeting and th ebusy greeting. When the phone is call forwarded to voicemail or is busy it will play the busy greeting. The customer would like to just have the non busy greeting play for any call type when getting to voicemail. You can set this up via the admin mailbox but have to do it manually to each individual mailbox and that is very cumbersome and time consuming when you have hundreds of mailboxes.   11. Currently, in the Ignite "Queue Now" monitor, the list of queue members is displayed in an apparently random order (likely based on the order of addition or an internal system order). For supervisors and agents, it would be much more efficient and user-friendly if queue members could be sorted alphabetically by name.

    This feature would:

    Improve usability and speed when searching for specific agents in large queues.
    Align with standard expectations for list displays in modern applications.
    Ensure consistency with other Mitel applications (e.g., Contact Center Client), where sorting is possible.

  12. search in PowerPlayWeb via Enter.

    when you want to search for a recording in PowerPlayWeb you have to use the mouse and click on search today. we have been asked by customer if you can't get the search function via the Enter button so you don't have to use the mouse.

  14. Our customers enjoy using the micollab client and wants to have as much as possible in their application. Now they use a lot of contact bubbles, but this can be overwhelming because they can't organize them.

    I know that this is not possible, because of that the customer asked me to make a feature request.

    Could this be implemented in a possible future release of the micollab?

  15. Customer has found that ASC does not receive CLI (ANI) when MIVB console receives calls and is recorded. They have implemented HO4986 and HO5439 but they cannot search for caller number CLI (ANI). This only appears to work with IP phones and soft phones.

  16. At the moment, configurations in Voice Assist (routing) are only triggered by calls.
    There should be an implementation so that functions can be triggered from the Voice Assist routing to the Mitel 400, MiVoBusiness or other systems based on appointments (schedule activity), e.g. change of switching group or the presence of a user, without a call.

  19. Die gefundenen Kontakte via Suchfunktion sollten erweitert werden.

    1. Zeigt es vorhandene Outlook / MS 365 Kontakte immer einzeln an (Kontakte mit mehreren Rufnummern werden nicht als solche dargestellt.

    2. Eine Angaben woher dieses Suchergebnis kommt (analog zur OIP Suche) erleichtert die Fehlersuche für uns Partner und erlaubt dem Kunden zu Wissen ob dies nun ein lokaler oder zB. MS 365 Kontakt ist
