MiVoice Business Console

Es sollte möglich sein, zu bestimmen, was passiert, wenn die letzte Console beendet wird. Man sollte mindestens zwischen Day, Nigtht1 oder Night2 wählen können.
Gut wäre auch wenn man eine CFU oder "Stellvertretung" einstellen könnte.
bei unseren Small and Meduim Business Kunden ist es oft so, dass es nur 1 Console Benutzer gibt und diese Person hat noch andere Aufgaben.
So könnte sich sich temporär auf ein anderes Ziel weiterleiten.

    It should be possible to determine what happens when the last console is ended. You should at least be able to choose between Day, Nigtht1 or Night2.
    It would also be good if you could set a CFU or ‘deputy’.
    With our small and medium business customers, it is often the case that there is only 1 console user and this person has other tasks.
    This would allow them to temporarily forward themselves to another destination.
