Wird mit einem Telefonapparat eine Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 direkt gewählt zeigt es zwar den Namen der gespeicherten Nummer im Display an, möchte man jedoch in der Wahlwiederholung diesen Namen wieder finden zeigt es nur die Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 an und nicht mehr den Namen. Anscheinend wird auf Anfrage bei Mitel das Problem auch nicht gelöst. In letzter Zeit gibt es viele solche Probleme welche nicht mehr gelöst werden wollen von Mitel. Mitel möchte zwar nach wie vor dass man Mivo 400 System weiterhin verkauft, da ja anscheinend jedoch Mitel nicht gewollt ist Funktionen welche mal funktionert haben wieder zu lösen…

  2. Current reporting allows you to see how may web chat/email interactions an agent has taken. Customer have asked if this can be broken down in reporting by how many emails/chats have been pushed to an agent and how many have been manually selected i. This data is currently not captured but perhaps could be entries in consolidated reporting ?

  4. Bonjour, un client utilise la fonction "Message" de Mitel et lorsqu'il communique un numéro au travers du Chat, le client aimerait pouvoir directement appeler en cliquant sur le numéro via le Chat (comme whatsapp ou autre application de message), bientôt possible j'espère ;-)

  5. Während eines "Anruf hinzufügen" funktioniert die Suchfunktion nur für die Suche von anderen Mitel One Usern. Dabei müsste dort die gleiche Möglichkeit wie in der normalen Telefonbuch Suchfunktion vorhanden sein.

  6. We have a governement department customer who during a rceent security audit, had it flagged that the Web Server Shared Secret keys are limmediately visible when you log in to the Server Manager in MSL.

    They would like the ability for this to be hidden.

  7. Im WEB oder Installiert Version sollten Entgangene Anrufe im ICON Sichtbar gemacht werden, damit man nicht immer in die Applikation muss. Ähnlich wie dies im APP funktioniert.

  8. Dear all,

    customers have issues when trying to dial numbers such as 110, 112, 118, 119 from mitel one Android app.
    Mitel App opens phone's native dial app but dors not dial the numbers directly.
    Especially 118 and 119 are no emergency numbers, so behavior is not understandable.

  9. For the moment all configuration has to be done by the technician. I’m convinced that customers will require the possibility to change things themselves afterwards. I’m thinking of the role of a USER (agent, teamleader, …). The routing part, opening hours, change the MOH, the definition of Away codes etc…. We don’t want a full access to the CloudLink Account Console of course! Idea is to give restricted rights to the users from the end customer

  10. Ich würde mir Wünschen das es eine Action URL Funktion geben würde. Damit könnte bei einem eingehenden Anruf die Rufnummer direkt an eine Kundendatenbank oder ein Web Telefonbuch (z.B. search.ch) übergeben werden.

  11. Can we please get an update on this subject.

    Thanks. That is the correct guide but there is no addition of ELIN.

    Product model: 6800 series
    Firmware version: 5.0
    Serial number: all

    When a phone is configured to use LLDP to obtain an ELIN, the phone will use this value as the Caller Name when placing a call to an Emergency Services number. That is working fine.

    It would be helpful for us if the ELIN was available in an XML variable so it could be communicated to scripts when softkeys are pressed. Perhaps as an example, the $$ELIN$$ variable…

  14. Currently the SIP Firmware has the ability to change the Date/Time Formats that display on the phone screen.

    The MiNet Firmware does not seem to have the ability to change that. Specifically we have a request to add the Day of Week to the phone display. Example "Tue Feb 4" instead of "04 Feb 2025"

  15. It would be great to be able to place a block in comment so that it is passed by in flow.

    If you have a lot of blocks that you want to by pass you now have to place the go to block before all the blocks you want by pass or you have to delete the block or move it to a place where it will not be executed during the flow.

    A nice thing would be that you have checkbox in properties like "place in comment".

    The idea is to not move the blocks and keep the visible…

  16. Make it possible to create and manage groups from Cloudlink.
    It is now possible to place users in existing groups, but you have to do this from within the user.
    If you have 40 users that you want to place in a group, you need to open the users one by one beforen you can place them in a group.

  17. At the moment, configurations in Voice Assist (routing) are only triggered by calls.
    There should be an implementation so that functions can be triggered from the Voice Assist routing to the Mitel 400, MiVoBusiness or other systems based on appointments (schedule activity), e.g. change of switching group or the presence of a user, without a call.

  18. Is it possible to configure hard keys to function as call appearances?

    Scenario: a 6867i is configured with 5 lines. But, so many buttons are in use for other purposes that there is only room for L1 and L2 line keys.

    Goal: First call uses L1 button (regardless of which line it came in on), second call uses L2 button, (even if it arrived via line 3 or line 5).

    Current behavior: Line 1 and line 2 use L1 and L2; lines 3-5 do not have a button.

  19. Complimentary Registration for Partners with MUG sign up

    Not sure which category to list this, so Other it is!

    After the most recent Mitel NEXT event where end users of the users group were invited again (Yay), i noticed that my partner didn't attend.

    I started thinking, if feasable, wouldn't it be a great idea to offer the partner of an attending User Group member 1 comp registration to attend, in case this was the reason they weren't.

    I would have liked my partner to be in attendance, if for no other reason than to discuss possibilities from the vendors…
