  2. Ich würde mir Wünschen das es eine Action URL Funktion geben würde. Damit könnte bei einem eingehenden Anruf die Rufnummer direkt an eine Kundendatenbank oder ein Web Telefonbuch (z.B. search.ch) übergeben werden.

  5. Allow customization of the dashboard with colours set to change based on parameters. e.g. after 5 contacts waiting change the font to yellow. After 10 contacts waiting change to red.

  6. Currently when setting a workload, if you make a change in one media type, it changes other media types. For example, if I change the email media type to not allow voice, it changes the voice media type to not allow email. We want to not offer a voice call when an agent has an email but we do want to allow an email to be offered when an agent is on a voice call. It would be better if each media type was independent from the rest for agent and queue efficiency.

  7. Customer has found that ASC does not receive CLI (ANI) when MIVB console receives calls and is recorded. They have implemented HO4986 and HO5439 but they cannot search for caller number CLI (ANI). This only appears to work with IP phones and soft phones.

  8. Contact Card within Web Ignite App in version 9.5 and Higher is restricting the view.The previous Contact Card displaying the Agent State was much better. End Users are having to constantly scroll up & down to view the Agent state.
    Whereas in the previous version (9.4 and lower ), the Contact Card was slim without any borders and gave a better view.

    Avoir sur le Mitel 5000, comme le font le Mitel 400, Yeastar, avoir une supervision sur touches CCO des appels entrants sur un groupe.
    Exemple: groupe 500 avec le 200 et 201, 5 touches CCO par postes
    les appels entrants s'incrémentent sur les 5 touches en parallèle sur les 2 postes.

  10. It would be great to be able to place a block in comment so that it is passed by in flow.

    If you have a lot of blocks that you want to by pass you now have to place the go to block before all the blocks you want by pass or you have to delete the block or move it to a place where it will not be executed during the flow.

    A nice thing would be that you have checkbox in properties like "place in comment".

    The idea is to not move the blocks and keep the visible…

  11. At the moment, configurations in Voice Assist (routing) are only triggered by calls.
    There should be an implementation so that functions can be triggered from the Voice Assist routing to the Mitel 400, MiVoBusiness or other systems based on appointments (schedule activity), e.g. change of switching group or the presence of a user, without a call.

  12. Is it possible to configure hard keys to function as call appearances?

    Scenario: a 6867i is configured with 5 lines. But, so many buttons are in use for other purposes that there is only room for L1 and L2 line keys.

    Goal: First call uses L1 button (regardless of which line it came in on), second call uses L2 button, (even if it arrived via line 3 or line 5).

    Current behavior: Line 1 and line 2 use L1 and L2; lines 3-5 do not have a button.

  15. Die gefundenen Kontakte via Suchfunktion sollten erweitert werden.

    1. Zeigt es vorhandene Outlook / MS 365 Kontakte immer einzeln an (Kontakte mit mehreren Rufnummern werden nicht als solche dargestellt.

    2. Eine Angaben woher dieses Suchergebnis kommt (analog zur OIP Suche) erleichtert die Fehlersuche für uns Partner und erlaubt dem Kunden zu Wissen ob dies nun ein lokaler oder zB. MS 365 Kontakt ist

  19. Email queues dont have an option to add a reseize timer like voice queues, So if an agent misses or rejects an email they are marked as unavailable for all interactions(eMail and Voice). It would be nice to have the same feature in email that is in voice where you can set the reseize timer and the agent will automatcally become available again.
