From Cloudlink, display the deployment/download date of the Micollab client
Similar to the User Table in Micollab Deployment, it would be helpful to have this information surfaced in the Cloudlink interface. Ideally, it should be displayed on the Users page by adding a dedicated column for it

Insert a new Variable within the existing Rule instead of adding it at the end of the line
If a Technician / MiCC Admin is required to Add a New Rule to an existing ADD/OR Combination, the ADD + activity adds/inserts the Variable at end of the line.
It would be beneficial if there was an option such as Insert/ Delete ( similar to Excel ) where a new Variable could be inserted within in the existing OR / AND Rule.
Right now, it is a challenge to Insert/Add a new Rule to an existing OR/AND Condition as the whole lot needs to be UnGroup'd and Re-configure.

Ich wünsche mir daß die Abkündigung der 400er zurückgenommen wird.
Die Openscape kann der 400er nicht das Wasser reichen und die Mivoice Business ist zu aufwändig für kleiner Kunden.10 votes -
Mitel Assistant in MS Teams
When I make a call with the Mitel Assistant from within MS Teams, the floating window of MiCollab appears only after the other party answered the phone. When I want to hang up before I have to switch to MiCollab. Please make the floating window of MiCollab appear immediatly when the call start.

App funktioniert nicht mit Multi-Sim
Bei Nutzung von zwei SIM Karten im Iphone kommen keine RTP Daten zustande. Anruf wird nur signalisiert.
Datenverkehr ist in den Einstellungen auf eine SIM Karte eingestellt. Keine Verbesserung.
App nur im Wlan nutzbar.

Weiterverbinden von frei Programmierten Nummerntasten wie externe Nummer, Kurzwahlnummerntaste oder PISN Rufnummertaste muss möglich sein
Wenn Frei Nummerntasten z.B. PISN oder externe Rufnummern auf dem App als Taste gespeichert wird, kann auf diese nicht weitervebunden werden (Die Tasten werden ausgeblendet). Wem um Himmelswillen fällt es ein, diese Tasten auszublenden?
Man kann zwar weiterverbinden mit der PISN Nummer zu wählen, ist jedoch am Ziel vorbei für Userfreundliche Benutzung.
Ausserdem kommt je nach Smartphone der grüne Balken über der Tastatur, so dass eigentlich gar nicht alle Ziffern gewählt werden können.

Ignite - Queue State Widget
Currently we can create an Agent State widget on the Dashboards tab and add staff to that. For example, we can add all the staff that are in a certain queue to that particular widget. However, since someone can be in multiple queues and it is the state of the agent (not the queue) it doesn’t let us know if they are actively monitoring calls for that queue. Monitoring Extension Calls on MiVoice Business
We need the availability for users to be able to monitor extensions they have programmed on their phone. Example, a phone has a DSS key programmed on their phone and that extension receives a phone call, the user with the DSS programmed needs to see who is calling them.

Easier method for remote rebooting Minet 69xx series phones
We need a simpler way to reboot Minet 69xx phones from the MiVB System Administration for troubleshooting purposes or when reassigning a phone to a new user. Currently the only commands that will reboot the phone that we have found are LOAD commands that require the Device ID but the ID changes when the MAC address is assigned to a new user. We found that if the phone mac is taken off a user and assigned to a new user, the phone will not automatically update, and must be rebooted before it will come up with the new user. However…

Ring Group Membership by Security Group
We use a fair amount of internal ring groups to make it easier to get in touch with someone from a given department. It would be much more convenient if MiCC would automatically assign ring group membership in VMCD based on a security group or other field in AD, as we wouldn't have to manually maintain all of these groups.
Another nice feature would be the ability to name the ring groups and have them searchable in MiCollab.

Mute for Ignite
Customer wants the Mute function within Ignite Web client and not have to use the Micollab client.
