  1. It would be interesting to have an additional option for CALENDAR INTEGRATION WITH OUTLOOK status "works elsewhere" . (in addition to integration with “Busy” and “Out of Office”).

Eine eingegebene bzw. kopierte Rufnummer muss frei im Eingabe-/Nummernfeld editierbar sein, d.h. wenn man über Mitel One auf dem Smartphone eine Rufnummer eingegeben und sich dabei verschrieben hat muss man die fehlerhafte Ziffer berichtigen können ohne dabei die restlichen Ziffern vor der betroffenen rauslöschen zu müssen!

  4. MiCollabMiTeam Chat does not provide Audible or Visual notification when using the Desktop or Mobile Client application. My team relies on this regularly and misses time sensitive alerts.

    Ticket#2022092686001161. Tech support did clarify that the Web Version will provide (only) visual.

    I forget to check to see if a new MiTeam chat by opening and looking a the Bold type for an unread new chat throughout the day.
    This feature should have been included in design.
    Settings->General->Notifications doesn't show type of MiTeam Chat will be excluded.

  6. Sometimes when you open the MiVoice Connect client (Build 214.100.1265.0), it opens with the Exchange login active and it does not open with the window wide enough to close that Exchange login. Yes, you can press tab 3 times and then press Enter to close it, but that is not acceptable for users to have to deal with. It creates trouble calls to the helpdesk. So it wastes time for the user and for IT. Please fix! Thanks!

  8. Customer would like to know if this is possible?

    We have a management portal and our development team would like the ability to push MAC addresses to the the RCS server over API calls. This way once we enter the MAC address in our system, it's automatically pushed to RCS as well.

  9. When looking at "Micollab client deployment", it shows on the GUI "deployed" and "Downloaded" howevere when you export the data, those fileds do not come across in the csv and would be a usefull feature.

    also under "users and services" you have a visual of all users and what features theyre using:
    NUpoint:Micollab Client:AWVC: and Teleworker with green ticks or not to denote its used, but its not exportable, again this info would be a nice feature to have to be able to report on.

  10. Fix the issue with MWI that occurs when you delete a Nupoint mailbox containing messages. Every time we delete a user on the MIVB with a mailbox the messages must be manually deleted to prevent message waiting indicators from falsely turning on or not turning on.

  11. Création d'un dashboard pour MIVB.
    Avoir un visuel sur les appels en cours, interne ou vers l'extérieur.
    Nombre de lignes utilisé en live etc.
    Également avoir des graphes pour voir les pique d'utilisation des canaux etc ..
    Utilisable également pour la résolution d'erreur.

  12. While a multi-media agent is using Ignite and they add notes under the Notes tab it should be visible when another agent clicks on that media. For example, the first agent makes a note that they called the customer and found out that they need a certain agent to call them back. When the next agent gets that multi-media they have no idea that someone has added notes because there is no visual notification.

  13. Es wäre cool, wenn man im Mitel One auch Funktionstasten einbauen kann bei denen man sieht, dass ein anderer Teilnehmer gerade angerufen wird. Idealerweise kann man sich mit der Taste dann direkt den Anruf ziehen.

  14. With last update at least for android Mitel removed swith to disable phone functionality in app.
    We often have situation where users want to disable calls on smartphone but be availible on desk phone.

    Please bring back that switch.

Wird mit einem Telefonapparat eine Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 direkt gewählt zeigt es zwar den Namen der gespeicherten Nummer im Display an, möchte man jedoch in der Wahlwiederholung diesen Namen wieder finden zeigt es nur die Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 an und nicht mehr den Namen. Anscheinend wird auf Anfrage bei Mitel das Problem auch nicht gelöst. In letzter Zeit gibt es viele solche Probleme welche nicht mehr gelöst werden wollen von Mitel. Mitel möchte zwar nach wie vor dass man Mivo 400 System weiterhin verkauft, da ja anscheinend jedoch Mitel nicht gewollt ist Funktionen welche mal funktionert haben wieder zu lösen…

  17. Current reporting allows you to see how may web chat/email interactions an agent has taken. Customer have asked if this can be broken down in reporting by how many emails/chats have been pushed to an agent and how many have been manually selected i. This data is currently not captured but perhaps could be entries in consolidated reporting ?

  19. Bonjour, un client utilise la fonction "Message" de Mitel et lorsqu'il communique un numéro au travers du Chat, le client aimerait pouvoir directement appeler en cliquant sur le numéro via le Chat (comme whatsapp ou autre application de message), bientôt possible j'espère ;-)

  20. Während eines "Anruf hinzufügen" funktioniert die Suchfunktion nur für die Suche von anderen Mitel One Usern. Dabei müsste dort die gleiche Möglichkeit wie in der normalen Telefonbuch Suchfunktion vorhanden sein.
