Personal message control
Give MiCollab administrators the ability to remove permission to create custom personal message under status. Would also be nice to remove any messages currently in place

MitelOne: Android call integration
If calling from the MitelOne App on Android, the screen always stays active. The MitelOne should not do the calls directly, but should use the Android phone app. This already works for the IOs version of the app. So the integration on Android should be the same as on IOs.

Aan- of afmelden van een gebruikersgroep
Het is nu in de applicatie niet mogelijk om te zien of je in- of uitgeschreven bent in een gebruikersgroep (huntgroep).
Het zou visueel handiger zijn als de knop "aanmelden" in het groen zou staan wanneer je je hebt ingeschreven in de gebruikersgroep, en de knop "uitloggen" in het rood wanneer je bent uitgeschreven.1 vote -
Kontakte in IOS / Android App direkt aus Microsoft365 verknüpfen
Im Mitel One Web Client hat man die Möglichkeit, seine Kontakte aus dem Microsoft365 Adressbuch zu verknüpfen. In den Apps für IOS / Android lassen sich die Kontakte nur aus der Kontake-App verknüpfen. Dies hat datenschutzrechlich große Nachteile (z.B. Nutzung von WhatsApp nicht mehr erlaubt).
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Kontakte direkt von Mitel aus Microsoft365 verwendet werden, wie im Web-Client, die Kontoverknüpfung ist ja bereits möglich.

automatische Amtsholung oder zumindest bei ankommenden CLIP die 0 entfernen. Problem: eine automatische Amtsholung kann man zurzeit nur mit Hotline=0 simulieren. Wenn jedoch der Benutzer mit der Hotline von extern angerufen wird, funktioniert der Rückruf nicht, da eine 0 zuviel in der Anruferliste steht.

Svarsgrupper
Det vore önskvärt om alla användare kan logga in/ur de svarsgrupper de tillhör i appen (PC/Mobil), varenda Cloudväxel erbjuder den funktionen och den är ett krav från nästan varje kund numer. Och att det tydligt framgår om man är inloggad eller ej.

Der End-User wünscht wieder die Funktion "App inaktiv schalten" zurück
Der Kunde möchte sich in der Mitel One App inaktiv schalten können, damit er keine Anrufe erhält, bisher ging das problemlos über die Einstellungen. Mit dem Update auf die mitelone-mobile - version 6.4.0 ist dies nun leider nicht mehr möglich.
