Aktuell sieht man Im MS Teams wenn jemand über Mitel One Telefoniert.

Missed Call Logging and Multi-Line Behavior
Missed Call Display Issues: Participants described a scenario where missed calls appear on multiple users' software, even when the call was not intended for their extension, leading to confusion about call ownership, especially for secretaries managing multiple attorneys.
Calls in to another users line via Key System, shows only in App. If answered by another user it shows as a missed call on every other persons app.

Since Mitel is using Amazon Services to provide access to the Software download center: swdlgw.mitel.com
When the Mitel server reaches out to swdlgw.mitel.com it may be going to a number of different public IP addresses.
This creates an issue when you're configured in Server-Gateway mode and the WAN adapter is associated with a provided such as AT&T on a dedicated SIP trunk circuit that doesn't allow internet traffic.
The current solution is to Add an Additional Network Route which only supports IP addresses.
It's understood that Linux and Windows will allow you to add a route at the OS level.…5 votes -

Make it possible to create and manage groups from Cloudlink.
It is now possible to place users in existing groups, but you have to do this from within the user.

Micollab Reporting
When looking at "Micollab client deployment", it shows on the GUI "deployed" and "Downloaded" howevere when you export the data, those fileds do not come across in the csv and would be a usefull feature.
also under "users and services" you have a visual of all users and what features theyre using:

Es wäre cool, wenn man im Mitel One auch Funktionstasten einbauen kann bei denen man sieht, dass ein anderer Teilnehmer gerade angerufen wird. Idealerweise kann man sich mit der Taste dann direkt den Anruf ziehen.

Bonjour, un client utilise la fonction "Message" de Mitel et lorsqu'il communique un numéro au travers du Chat, le client aimerait pouvoir directement appeler en cliquant sur le numéro via le Chat (comme whatsapp ou autre application de message), bientôt possible j'espère ;-)

Android-App: Notrufnummern als Durchwahl erlauben
Sofern ein interner Benutzer eine Durchwahl wie etwa -110 oder -112 oder -911 besitzt, kann dieser intern von der MitelOne Android App nicht mehr angerufen werden. Von der alten MobileOffice App war dies möglich.
Wir benötigen dringend diese Funktion, da mehrere unserer Benutzer für MitelOne-App-Benutzer nicht mehr erreichbar sind!Users of extensions such as -110, -112, -911 are not able to be called from a MitelOne Android App. Using old MobileOffice App this is possible.

Change the From address from a MSL server like MBG / OIG / Mivb
It is now not possibel the change the from address that is used for sending email in case of error, allarms.
The format is now: root@hostname.fqdn. Can this be set up to for example to hostname@fqdn. The fqdn is than matching the fqdn of the customer and the customer has to to create subdomains for al the different servers.5 votes -

Call history only showing for prime line on MIVB
Wehave multiple scenarios where reception phones have multicall keys for their own extension. If the reception is on the phone and a second or third call comes in , the call is not registered as a missed call if they do not answer. This seems like a basic function and since th emulticall is of the prime extension it would be nice to show the missed callsof the multicall keys. We have multiple customers complain they want to call the customer back and the missed call log is not their

Export All with just one click
It will be nice if Mitel can include an extra option in the MiVoiceBusiness called “Export All” instead of exporting every tab individually? With this option, you could export all tabs with just one click. Exporting each tab individually takes time. Why you have a backup option of the whole machine but not export all. Let’s work easier, not harder.

From MMP, display the deployment/download date of the Micollab client
Similar to the User Table in Micollab Deployment, it would be helpful to have this information surfaced in the MMP interface. Ideally, it should be displayed on the Users page by adding a dedicated column for it

Adjust the Date/Time Format on MiNet Firmware
Currently the SIP Firmware has the ability to change the Date/Time Formats that display on the phone screen.
The MiNet Firmware does not seem to have the ability to change that. Specifically we have a request to add the Day of Week to the phone display. Example "Tue Feb 4" instead of "04 Feb 2025"

Ability to use roaming profiles with MiCollab Client
MiCollab software client starup functionality:
“Generate the Registry ‘mac’ entry on each startup launch of the client, even if it has an existing entry”. This would be a simple solution to have it work properly with or without a roaming profile. Currently the MiCollab client launch only generates the mac registry entry if it does not exist. In a roaming profile the entry exists, but is a duplicate of another computer(s), and therefore crashes with a server error.

SYSLOG server
Our Customer has a requirement to send all logs from the MSL servers to a product called SIEM by McAfee. Its a remote syslog server product.
We've tried to add a remote syslog server using the MSL's GUI but not all of the logs are sent, barely any. If we manually edit the rsyslog file in linux and add . 10.20.20.1 then a lot more logs are sent. The customer says McAfee Technical support says for Linux machines they need . plus their SYSLOG IP.
