Make it possible to create and manage groups from Cloudlink.
It is now possible to place users in existing groups, but you have to do this from within the user.
If you have 40 users that you want to place in a group, you need to open the users one by one beforen you can place them in a group.

In addition visibilty of who is active or not in the group would be an asset: this is a request often asked in our region: today a user can toggle on an off availability in a ringgroup, but a teamlead has no overview.
