  1. Kontakte welche im Kommunikationsserver über Kurzwahltelefonbuch, Privates Telefonbuch, OIP-Kontakte und Metadirectorydaten ersichtlich sind müssen alle auch auf dem Mobile- Webapp bei Anruf vom Kunden ersichtlich sein und im App Telefonbuch gesucht und ausgewählt werden können.

  2. Wenn Frei Nummerntasten z.B. PISN oder externe Rufnummern auf dem App als Taste gespeichert wird, kann auf diese nicht weitervebunden werden (Die Tasten werden ausgeblendet). Wem um Himmelswillen fällt es ein, diese Tasten auszublenden?
    Man kann zwar weiterverbinden mit der PISN Nummer zu wählen, ist jedoch am Ziel vorbei für Userfreundliche Benutzung.
    Ausserdem kommt je nach Smartphone der grüne Balken über der Tastatur, so dass eigentlich gar nicht alle Ziffern gewählt werden können.

  3. Freie Nummerntasten sind im Mobile App nicht konfigurierbar sondern nur über das Web-App. Im Mobile-App sollten auch freie Nummerntasten konfiguriert werden können und nicht nur aus den persönlichen Kontakten.

  4. Liebes Mitel-One-Team,

    es wäre schön, wenn man die eingehenden Anrufnummern umbenennen könnte, um den Anrufer in der Liste zu erkennen und um die Anruferliste dann als Telefonbuch nutzen zu können. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man durch Rechtsklick auf die Nummer eine Aufnahme in das zentrale Telefonbuch veranlassen könnte.

  5. On the Mitel Connect Client (onsite and sky) allow the client GUI either be manually customized like the windows themes or provide a "Dark mode" option.

  12. Recently sent or received chat messages should be queue up in top,
    either customized setting option should be provided to do so or it should be set up as default
    for ex: an SMS received in mobile will always show up in top, need to have similar facility

  14. SMS needs to be added to MiVB Subscription model. I am running into customers that MiVB Subscription will be a good fit, but they require SMS. Connect, RingCentral, Nextiva, etc. have this built in.

  15. Develop the SIP or MiNET firmware for the Mitel 6940 to allow for video calling. The display of the 6940 is a decent resolution color display that would be a great platform for video calls. Many hotels and other business would love this feature for integration with 3rd party video phones located in vestibules.

  17. I would like to suggest two changes to the reports that are provide by Mitel One.

    1. Make the date / time fields compatible with Excel. The current output, "2021-11-03T12:43:45Z" does not work without manual manipulation.

    2. Add the CX agents extensions to the report

  19. Det vore önskvärt om alla användare kan logga in/ur de svarsgrupper de tillhör i appen (PC/Mobil), varenda Cloudväxel erbjuder den funktionen och den är ett krav från nästan varje kund numer. Och att det tydligt framgår om man är inloggad eller ej.
