MS Teams Status
Das Mitel One sollte mittels der MS Teamsanbindung (via cloudlink) auch den Status vom Teams auslesen können.
Aktuell sieht man Im MS Teams wenn jemand über Mitel One Telefoniert.
Wenn jemand mittels MS Teams ein Meeting o.ä. hat, ist das in der Mitel APP nicht ersichtlich.6 votes -

Would be nice to have a integrated tool in the cloudlink gateway or a external network analyse tool to check if all the required ports and domains are open and accesable from the cloudlink gateway.
Just to have a fast view if the custommers network is the root cause of some problems.
for example a sort of a kind Teleworker Network analyser tool we know for the MBG

Scheduled MSL reboot
Since Mitel doesn't recommend rebooting an MSL server using Linux cron job or shutdown -r <time> , please provide a way to do a scheduled reboot of an MSL server (MiCollab, MBG etc)

Mitel One Web App, geleichzeitige Namen und Nummer Anzeige
Wenn ein Anruf rein kommt, bei dem der Name migeschickt wird, kann man keine Nummer sehen. Gut wäre wenn man im Mitel One Web App Anzeigefeld den Namen und die Nummer gleichzeitig sehen kann. Gut für eine Telefonisitin wenn sie sich die Nummer notieren muss.

automatische Amtsholung oder zumindest bei ankommenden CLIP die 0 entfernen. Problem: eine automatische Amtsholung kann man zurzeit nur mit Hotline=0 simulieren. Wenn jedoch der Benutzer mit der Hotline von extern angerufen wird, funktioniert der Rückruf nicht, da eine 0 zuviel in der Anruferliste steht.

Allow calling internal no. -118, -119 etc
Dear all,
customers have issues when trying to dial numbers such as 110, 112, 118, 119 from mitel one Android app.
Mitel App opens phone's native dial app but dors not dial the numbers directly.
Especially 118 and 119 are no emergency numbers, so behavior is not understandable.Thank you for enabling all those numbers

MiCCB email queue reseize timer
Email queues dont have an option to add a reseize timer like voice queues, So if an agent misses or rejects an email they are marked as unavailable for all interactions(eMail and Voice). It would be nice to have the same feature in email that is in voice where you can set the reseize timer and the agent will automatcally become available again.

Mitel One Workgroups: multi-level administration access
For the moment all configuration has to be done by the technician. I’m convinced that customers will require the possibility to change things themselves afterwards. I’m thinking of the role of a USER (agent, teamleader, …). The routing part, opening hours, change the MOH, the definition of Away codes etc…. We don’t want a full access to the CloudLink Account Console of course! Idea is to give restricted rights to the users from the end customer

MiCollab Team Chat
MiCollabMiTeam Chat does not provide Audible or Visual notification when using the Desktop or Mobile Client application. My team relies on this regularly and misses time sensitive alerts.
Ticket#2022092686001161. Tech support did clarify that the Web Version will provide (only) visual.
I forget to check to see if a new MiTeam chat by opening and looking a the Bold type for an unread new chat throughout the day.
This feature should have been included in design.
Settings->General->Notifications doesn't show type of MiTeam Chat will be excluded.4 votes -

Incoming call pop-up not going away
Now when I get an incoming call, a pop-up from chrome appears that states: "Incoming call".
However, this message remains even after I have not answered the call.
For example, it happens that I come back to my desk, think there is an incoming call because the pop-up window says so. But the notification concerned a call of 15 min ago.The pop-up should disappear when the call is no longer incoming.

Ringer Volume
This idea was previously submitted by our vendor, however, I cannot say if it was implemented or denied. I just looked through all the ideas here on the portal but could not locate any similar ones.
We were told it was logged under DFR018968.
We have an issue where our staff will lower the ringer volume on the handsets, as such the next staff coming in, are not able to hear the phone ring, as such allowing them to miss calls. We were hoping for a setting that will allow the volume to return to its original ringer volume after…
