  1. Chat messages show up in top

    Recently sent or received chat messages should be queue up in top,
    either customized setting option should be provided to do so or it should be set up as default
    for ex: an SMS received in mobile will always show up in top, need to have similar facility

  3. Insights Reporting in Mitel One CX

    I would like to suggest two changes to the reports that are provide by Mitel One.

    1. Make the date / time fields compatible with Excel. The current output, "2021-11-03T12:43:45Z" does not work without manual manipulation.

    2. Add the CX agents extensions to the report

    Det vore önskvärt om alla användare kan logga in/ur de svarsgrupper de tillhör i appen (PC/Mobil), varenda Cloudväxel erbjuder den funktionen och den är ett krav från nästan varje kund numer. Och att det tydligt framgår om man är inloggad eller ej.

    Leider ist der Mitel Dialer erst in Elite User enthalten. Ich finde er sollte bereits in Entry User enthalten sein.

  6. Redisign Mitel 2380ip, please

    Durch die VPN Anbindung ist der 2380ip für Kunden immer noch sehr interessant und auch durch die Stabilität.
    Viele Kunden finden aber das alte Design für nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. MOWO MOMA ist keine Alternative weil z.B. ACD Funktionen nicht funktionieren.

  8. The using of an API with the RCS server RQST00000991996

    Customer would like to know if this is possible?

    We have a management portal and our development team would like the ability to push MAC addresses to the the RCS server over API calls. This way once we enter the MAC address in our system, it's automatically pushed to RCS as well.
