  4. Requested detailed reporting on the voicemails and information like how long each voicemail has stayed unheard in the users’ voicemail.

    All voicemails have a time and date stamp, so if the system can tell the message was unheard, how can they not provide the time stamp to that message?

  5. Unfortunately, v10 of the Mitel software has not improved accessibility and in many ways has made it worse. In particular:

    No support for Windows High DPI mode (use of older Java runtimes?)
    Very small fonts that cannot be adjusted – although ZoomText does a good job of scaling these, it works much better if the font is slightly larger to start with
    Lack of contrast – the new “flat” look has removed some of the higher contrast elements, such as highlighted entries in the Phone Book search are now pale blue

  6. MiVoice Connect Onsite Workgroup - Play Prompt before call route to the agent or Queue. ( Initial Greetings).

    MiVoice Connect Onsite doesn't paly prompt to it send the call to it's member. It was working in older release but stopped working in the newer release. It does have option to upload greetings but unfortunately it doesn't work.

    This will make customer life very easy to create workgroup call flow if it can play prompt before send the call to member or queue. Right now, it only play the prompt (greetings) only if call in the queue.

A couple of our customers are having an issue when transferring email on ignite, by default the contacts box defaults to 'ALL CONTACTS' which allows agents to search for all names which includes agents, employees and external customers. if they search for a name and are not mindful of who they are emailing it is easy to transfer an email to an external customer which is a data secuirty, compliance and GDPR issue . Customers would like the option to configure the default landing page for contacts to be set to 'Employees' not all contacts to minimise risk of emails…

  9. We have a governement department customer who during a rceent security audit, had it flagged that the Web Server Shared Secret keys are limmediately visible when you log in to the Server Manager in MSL.

    They would like the ability for this to be hidden.

  10. At present, you only receive presence updates for a MiVB ‘Generic SIP Device’ when:

    1) a call is made (busy)
    2) a call is received (busy)
    3) when a call is dropped (available)
    4) when the device is signed into the SIP extension (available).

    There is no presence update when the device is signed out. This is confirmed 'design intent' by Mitel. That means in the last presence update is 'Available', the device will remain available via API, even after signing out.

  11. Im WEB oder Installiert Version sollten Entgangene Anrufe im ICON Sichtbar gemacht werden, damit man nicht immer in die Applikation muss. Ähnlich wie dies im APP funktioniert.

  14. The Transfer window in Ignite shows up to 25 recent destinations, but if you need to search for a queue not in your recents, the functionality is very limited.

    The default behaviour we see is:
    - When selecting a filter other than 'All', only 4 entries are shown by default and user has to click 'Show More' repeatedly to load 4 more each time.

  16. It could be great to link MiCollab and Ignite users states.

    Because today, using Ignite, you can only see agents states and not MiCollab states.
    It force agents to use MiCollab to check states before forward calls, and then to use 2 applications instead of Ignite only.

  17. Bei Nutzung von zwei SIM Karten im Iphone kommen keine RTP Daten zustande. Anruf wird nur signalisiert.

    Datenverkehr ist in den Einstellungen auf eine SIM Karte eingestellt. Keine Verbesserung.

    App nur im Wlan nutzbar.

Eine eingegebene bzw. kopierte Rufnummer muss frei im Eingabe-/Nummernfeld editierbar sein, d.h. wenn man über Mitel One auf dem Smartphone eine Rufnummer eingegeben und sich dabei verschrieben hat muss man die fehlerhafte Ziffer berichtigen können ohne dabei die restlichen Ziffern vor der betroffenen rauslöschen zu müssen!

  19. Es sollte eine Benachrichtigung über "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" auf dem Sperrbildschirm des Smartphones erscheinen, sodass nicht andauernd die Mitel One-App auf "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" geprüft werden muss.

  20. Im Mitel One Web Client hat man die Möglichkeit, seine Kontakte aus dem Microsoft365 Adressbuch zu verknüpfen. In den Apps für IOS / Android lassen sich die Kontakte nur aus der Kontake-App verknüpfen. Dies hat datenschutzrechlich große Nachteile (z.B. Nutzung von WhatsApp nicht mehr erlaubt).

    Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Kontakte direkt von Mitel aus Microsoft365 verwendet werden, wie im Web-Client, die Kontoverknüpfung ist ja bereits möglich.
