  1. Es wäre cool, wenn man im Mitel One auch Funktionstasten einbauen kann bei denen man sieht, dass ein anderer Teilnehmer gerade angerufen wird. Idealerweise kann man sich mit der Taste dann direkt den Anruf ziehen.

  2. With last update at least for android Mitel removed swith to disable phone functionality in app.
    We often have situation where users want to disable calls on smartphone but be availible on desk phone.

    Please bring back that switch.

  3. We use a fair amount of internal ring groups to make it easier to get in touch with someone from a given department. It would be much more convenient if MiCC would automatically assign ring group membership in VMCD based on a security group or other field in AD, as we wouldn't have to manually maintain all of these groups.

    Another nice feature would be the ability to name the ring groups and have them searchable in MiCollab.

  4. Unfortunately, v10 of the Mitel software has not improved accessibility and in many ways has made it worse. In particular:

    No support for Windows High DPI mode (use of older Java runtimes?)
    Very small fonts that cannot be adjusted – although ZoomText does a good job of scaling these, it works much better if the font is slightly larger to start with
    Lack of contrast – the new “flat” look has removed some of the higher contrast elements, such as highlighted entries in the Phone Book search are now pale blue

  6. When I make a call with the Mitel Assistant from within MS Teams, the floating window of MiCollab appears only after the other party answered the phone. When I want to hang up before I have to switch to MiCollab. Please make the floating window of MiCollab appear immediatly when the call start.

  9. Current reporting allows you to see how may web chat/email interactions an agent has taken. Customer have asked if this can be broken down in reporting by how many emails/chats have been pushed to an agent and how many have been manually selected i. This data is currently not captured but perhaps could be entries in consolidated reporting ?

Wird mit einem Telefonapparat eine Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 direkt gewählt zeigt es zwar den Namen der gespeicherten Nummer im Display an, möchte man jedoch in der Wahlwiederholung diesen Namen wieder finden zeigt es nur die Kurzwahlnummer z.B. 7105 an und nicht mehr den Namen. Anscheinend wird auf Anfrage bei Mitel das Problem auch nicht gelöst. In letzter Zeit gibt es viele solche Probleme welche nicht mehr gelöst werden wollen von Mitel. Mitel möchte zwar nach wie vor dass man Mivo 400 System weiterhin verkauft, da ja anscheinend jedoch Mitel nicht gewollt ist Funktionen welche mal funktionert haben wieder zu lösen…

  11. The Ignite view for account codes groups default setting used to be with the trees collapsed. The current release view has the tree expanded and for every call agents have to go in minimize the groups or scroll thru the expanded trees to find the group category they need After going thru support we've been advised this was design change for expanding the default view. There was a supposed work around to change default view but that doesn't work. Suggestion is to make it an option for expanded view or collapsed view and not force the expanded view. Any supposed…

  12. In MiCollab server - Users and Services - on the User tab make it possible to sort the dropdown menus like Department and Location alphabetically. Saves a lot of scrolling when adding users.

  14. In MiCollab wurde diese Funktion genial umgesetzt und erlaubt den Usern selbst zu sehen ob die Verbindung gut oder schlecht ist.

    Daher bitte ein Symbol zur aktuellen Verbindungsqualität in Mitel One Web sowie der Mobile App hinzufügen.
    So kann ein beachtlicher Supportaufwand vermieden werden und der Endanweder sieht auf den ersten Blick wenn etwas nicht stimmt.

    Calling out from the IVR environment, stating the IVR dial-in number as the A number.

    Explanation:
    Customer service desk regularly calls users from their ACD environment. The caller ID cannot be provided, because then the number of the relevant agent would be provided and not the desired main number . The result is that the receiving user cannot see who is calling. This is experienced as annoying by both the service desk employee and the user. By providing the main number of the service desk, the user knows who called and has the correct number to call back.…

  16. Our Customer has a requirement to send all logs from the MSL servers to a product called SIEM by McAfee. Its a remote syslog server product.

    We've tried to add a remote syslog server using the MSL's GUI but not all of the logs are sent, barely any. If we manually edit the rsyslog file in linux and add . 10.20.20.1 then a lot more logs are sent. The customer says McAfee Technical support says for Linux machines they need . plus their SYSLOG IP.   18. At present, you only receive presence updates for a MiVB ‘Generic SIP Device’ when:

    1) a call is made (busy)
    2) a call is received (busy)
    3) when a call is dropped (available)
    4) when the device is signed into the SIP extension (available).

    There is no presence update when the device is signed out. This is confirmed 'design intent' by Mitel. That means in the last presence update is 'Available', the device will remain available via API, even after signing out.

  20. In Yoursite Explorer make it possible in the schedules to set a from -to date instead of having to set every day seperately with the AND parameter (see example). I would like to set it like: From Friday 15 september till Monday 18 september in one line. This saves many mouseclicks and is far more flexible. It is possible with Time, so why not with days??
