Mitel Performance Analytics.
Would like the ability to filter alerts so that an alert has to be present for a certain amount of time before sending the email.Example, we have the occasional SIP link alarm that only lasts for 5 seconds. But we get sent the alert. We send alerts to Pagerduty to alert on call team members out of hours. We don't want to be called during the night for an issue that cleared after 5 seconds.
So would be nice to have a filter option that we could set to only send an email if an alarm…

change their password themselves
The users have to change their password themselves immediately after the upgrade MiCC, and the first time they can do it themselves.

Marquee needs to be able to hold more characters.
Our marquee shows the Queue Service Level, Calls waiting, Longest Waiting, and Agents available.
Additionally, it shows the Agents with their status, ACD Count, ACD Time and time in state.We just added another agent to our existing 7, and when adding their info, the system wouldn't allow us to type any more characters.
We opened a ticket with product support and they helped us determine that the system won't allow additional characters to be typed.As a work-around, we added a 2nd Marquee to separate the Queue part from the agents. With this we were able to add the…

Notification on the Notes tab in MiCC
While a multi-media agent is using Ignite and they add notes under the Notes tab it should be visible when another agent clicks on that media. For example, the first agent makes a note that they called the customer and found out that they need a certain agent to call them back. When the next agent gets that multi-media they have no idea that someone has added notes because there is no visual notification.

Easier method for remote rebooting Minet 69xx series phones
We need a simpler way to reboot Minet 69xx phones from the MiVB System Administration for troubleshooting purposes or when reassigning a phone to a new user. Currently the only commands that will reboot the phone that we have found are LOAD commands that require the Device ID but the ID changes when the MAC address is assigned to a new user. We found that if the phone mac is taken off a user and assigned to a new user, the phone will not automatically update, and must be rebooted before it will come up with the new user. However…

MiCollab Client - folders for home screen shortcuts
Would be great to be able to have folders for all my shortcuts on the MiCollab home screen. Then I could organize them instead of it being a jumbled mess. Groups only works for contacts, and I want to be able to organize speed dials and URLs as well.

At the moment, configurations in Voice Assist (routing) are only triggered by calls.

Ability to use roaming profiles with MiCollab Client
MiCollab software client starup functionality:
“Generate the Registry ‘mac’ entry on each startup launch of the client, even if it has an existing entry”. This would be a simple solution to have it work properly with or without a roaming profile. Currently the MiCollab client launch only generates the mac registry entry if it does not exist. In a roaming profile the entry exists, but is a duplicate of another computer(s), and therefore crashes with a server error.

Call appearance buttons
Is it possible to configure hard keys to function as call appearances?
Scenario: a 6867i is configured with 5 lines. But, so many buttons are in use for other purposes that there is only room for L1 and L2 line keys.
Goal: First call uses L1 button (regardless of which line it came in on), second call uses L2 button, (even if it arrived via line 3 or line 5).
Current behavior: Line 1 and line 2 use L1 and L2; lines 3-5 do not have a button.

After the most recent Mitel NEXT event where end users of the users group were invited again (Yay), i noticed that my partner didn't attend.
I started thinking, if feasable, wouldn't it be a great idea to offer the partner of an attending User Group member 1 comp registration to attend, in case this was the reason they weren't.
I would have liked my partner to be in attendance, if for no other reason than to discuss possibilities from the vendors…

Es wäre cool, wenn man im Mitel One auch Funktionstasten einbauen kann bei denen man sieht, dass ein anderer Teilnehmer gerade angerufen wird. Idealerweise kann man sich mit der Taste dann direkt den Anruf ziehen.

Switch to disable phone in app
With last update at least for android Mitel removed swith to disable phone functionality in app.
We often have situation where users want to disable calls on smartphone but be availible on desk phone.Please bring back that switch.

Ring Group Membership by Security Group
We use a fair amount of internal ring groups to make it easier to get in touch with someone from a given department. It would be much more convenient if MiCC would automatically assign ring group membership in VMCD based on a security group or other field in AD, as we wouldn't have to manually maintain all of these groups.
Another nice feature would be the ability to name the ring groups and have them searchable in MiCollab.

MiVoice Business Console Accessibility
Unfortunately, v10 of the Mitel software has not improved accessibility and in many ways has made it worse. In particular:
No support for Windows High DPI mode (use of older Java runtimes?)
Very small fonts that cannot be adjusted – although ZoomText does a good job of scaling these, it works much better if the font is slightly larger to start with
Lack of contrast – the new “flat” look has removed some of the higher contrast elements, such as highlighted entries in the Phone Book search are now pale blue
