  1. Since 9.4.0, Agent performance chart report has been removed from available reports.
    This report gave very detailed info in a single report such as agent shift and various different call charts.

  3. We ended up with a scenario where we had to restrict the MiVB access for the customer's in house telephony engineers. This is fine, setup the security profile in MiVB and restrict the forms they have read/write access to.

    However. These same engineers have admin access to the MiCollab's, which are connected to the MiVB's in order to be able to provision users, setup voicemails etc...

    The problem lies in the ability for them to log into MiCollab and then go to Network Elements and click on 'Connect to MiVB System' - which then uses the un/pw which is stored…

  4. Kontakte welche im Kommunikationsserver über Kurzwahltelefonbuch, Privates Telefonbuch, OIP-Kontakte und Metadirectorydaten ersichtlich sind müssen alle auch auf dem Mobile- Webapp bei Anruf vom Kunden ersichtlich sein und im App Telefonbuch gesucht und ausgewählt werden können.

  7. Now when I get an incoming call, a pop-up from chrome appears that states: "Incoming call".
    However, this message remains even after I have not answered the call.
    For example, it happens that I come back to my desk, think there is an incoming call because the pop-up window says so. But the notification concerned a call of 15 min ago.

    The pop-up should disappear when the call is no longer incoming.

  8. In der Mitel One App auf dem Smartphone (Android und IOS) soll es möglich sein den Klingelton anzupassen, damit ein anderer Klingelton wie in der normalen Telefon-App verwendet werden kann.

  9. Immerhin wurde es nach so langer Zeit geschafft vordefinierte Funktionstasten zu implementieren. Leider nur in der Web-Anwendung, nicht umfangreich genug und am schlimmsten, nicht wirklich zu Ende (richtig) programmiert.
    Bei manchen Tasten, wie z.B. Persönliche Anruflenkung oder Schaltgruppen fehlt die zweite Ebene fürs deaktivieren der Funktion.
    Was immer noch fehlt, ist bei allen eine Statusanzeige an der auf einem Blick erkannt wird ob eine Funktion aktiviert oder deaktiviert ist.

  12. Make it possible for Mitel 400 admins to change the 'on hold tone' into our customers own waiting music for callers who are being transfered between internal Mitel One users, instead of the Mitel One standard transfer tone which cannot be changed at the moment.

  14. This idea was previously submitted by our vendor, however, I cannot say if it was implemented or denied. I just looked through all the ideas here on the portal but could not locate any similar ones.

    We were told it was logged under DFR018968.

    We have an issue where our staff will lower the ringer volume on the handsets, as such the next staff coming in, are not able to hear the phone ring, as such allowing them to miss calls. We were hoping for a setting that will allow the volume to return to its original ringer volume after…

  15. MiCollabMiTeam Chat does not provide Audible or Visual notification when using the Desktop or Mobile Client application. My team relies on this regularly and misses time sensitive alerts.

    Ticket#2022092686001161. Tech support did clarify that the Web Version will provide (only) visual.

    I forget to check to see if a new MiTeam chat by opening and looking a the Bold type for an unread new chat throughout the day.
    This feature should have been included in design.
    Settings->General->Notifications doesn't show type of MiTeam Chat will be excluded.

  16. Im Mitel One Web Client hat man die Möglichkeit, seine Kontakte aus dem Microsoft365 Adressbuch zu verknüpfen. In den Apps für IOS / Android lassen sich die Kontakte nur aus der Kontake-App verknüpfen. Dies hat datenschutzrechlich große Nachteile (z.B. Nutzung von WhatsApp nicht mehr erlaubt).

    Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Kontakte direkt von Mitel aus Microsoft365 verwendet werden, wie im Web-Client, die Kontoverknüpfung ist ja bereits möglich.

  17. Dear all,

    customers have issues when trying to dial numbers such as 110, 112, 118, 119 from mitel one Android app.
    Mitel App opens phone's native dial app but dors not dial the numbers directly.
    Especially 118 and 119 are no emergency numbers, so behavior is not understandable.

  19. For the moment all configuration has to be done by the technician. I’m convinced that customers will require the possibility to change things themselves afterwards. I’m thinking of the role of a USER (agent, teamleader, …). The routing part, opening hours, change the MOH, the definition of Away codes etc…. We don’t want a full access to the CloudLink Account Console of course! Idea is to give restricted rights to the users from the end customer
