  1. Im Mitel One Web Client hat man die Möglichkeit, seine Kontakte aus dem Microsoft365 Adressbuch zu verknüpfen. In den Apps für IOS / Android lassen sich die Kontakte nur aus der Kontake-App verknüpfen. Dies hat datenschutzrechlich große Nachteile (z.B. Nutzung von WhatsApp nicht mehr erlaubt).

    Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Kontakte direkt von Mitel aus Microsoft365 verwendet werden, wie im Web-Client, die Kontoverknüpfung ist ja bereits möglich.

  2. This idea was previously submitted by our vendor, however, I cannot say if it was implemented or denied. I just looked through all the ideas here on the portal but could not locate any similar ones.

    We were told it was logged under DFR018968.

    We have an issue where our staff will lower the ringer volume on the handsets, as such the next staff coming in, are not able to hear the phone ring, as such allowing them to miss calls. We were hoping for a setting that will allow the volume to return to its original ringer volume after…

  3. Dear all,

    customers have issues when trying to dial numbers such as 110, 112, 118, 119 from mitel one Android app.
    Mitel App opens phone's native dial app but dors not dial the numbers directly.
    Especially 118 and 119 are no emergency numbers, so behavior is not understandable.

  5. For the moment all configuration has to be done by the technician. I’m convinced that customers will require the possibility to change things themselves afterwards. I’m thinking of the role of a USER (agent, teamleader, …). The routing part, opening hours, change the MOH, the definition of Away codes etc…. We don’t want a full access to the CloudLink Account Console of course! Idea is to give restricted rights to the users from the end customer

  8. Issue:

    Extensions are not licensed on YSE (MiCC) when the customers create a new extensions and they have to manually check each extension on YSE.

    FIX
    ->Can we add a licenses option to be automatically checked when creating a new extension.
    ->On MiCollab while creating a new extension can the Quick Add template have a Checkbox field to select the license option.

  10. Email queues dont have an option to add a reseize timer like voice queues, So if an agent misses or rejects an email they are marked as unavailable for all interactions(eMail and Voice). It would be nice to have the same feature in email that is in voice where you can set the reseize timer and the agent will automatcally become available again.

  15. Sofern ein interner Benutzer eine Durchwahl wie etwa -110 oder -112 oder -911 besitzt, kann dieser intern von der MitelOne Android App nicht mehr angerufen werden. Von der alten MobileOffice App war dies möglich.
    Wir benötigen dringend diese Funktion, da mehrere unserer Benutzer für MitelOne-App-Benutzer nicht mehr erreichbar sind!

    Users of extensions such as -110, -112, -911 are not able to be called from a MitelOne Android App. Using old MobileOffice App this is possible.
    We need this function urgent, since several employees cannot be called from a MitelOne App at the moment

  16. In der Anrufliste auf dem Smartphone in der normalen Telefon-App erscheinen auch die Anrufe aus der Mitel One App. Dies sollte bei Bedarf ausgeschaltet werden können.

  17. Durch die VPN Anbindung ist der 2380ip für Kunden immer noch sehr interessant und auch durch die Stabilität.
    Viele Kunden finden aber das alte Design für nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. MOWO MOMA ist keine Alternative weil z.B. ACD Funktionen nicht funktionieren.

  18. automatische Amtsholung oder zumindest bei ankommenden CLIP die 0 entfernen. Problem: eine automatische Amtsholung kann man zurzeit nur mit Hotline=0 simulieren. Wenn jedoch der Benutzer mit der Hotline von extern angerufen wird, funktioniert der Rückruf nicht, da eine 0 zuviel in der Anruferliste steht.

  19. Freie Nummerntasten sind im Mobile App nicht konfigurierbar sondern nur über das Web-App. Im Mobile-App sollten auch freie Nummerntasten konfiguriert werden können und nicht nur aus den persönlichen Kontakten.

  20. Develop the SIP or MiNET firmware for the Mitel 6940 to allow for video calling. The display of the 6940 is a decent resolution color display that would be a great platform for video calls. Many hotels and other business would love this feature for integration with 3rd party video phones located in vestibules.
