Eine eingegebene bzw. kopierte Rufnummer muss frei im Eingabe-/Nummernfeld editierbar sein, d.h. wenn man über Mitel One auf dem Smartphone eine Rufnummer eingegeben und sich dabei verschrieben hat muss man die fehlerhafte Ziffer berichtigen können ohne dabei die restlichen Ziffern vor der betroffenen rauslöschen zu müssen!

A couple of our customers are having an issue when transferring email on ignite, by default the contacts box defaults to 'ALL CONTACTS' which allows agents to search for all names which includes agents, employees and external customers. if they search for a name and are not mindful of who they are emailing it is easy to transfer an email to an external customer which is a data secuirty, compliance and GDPR issue . Customers would like the option to configure the default landing page for contacts to be set to 'Employees' not all contacts to minimise risk of emails…

Bei eingehenden Anrufen über einen Sammelanschluss (SAS) soll in der Mitel One App der Name des Sammelanschlusses angezeigt werden, damit der Angerufene unterscheiden kann welche Durchwahlnummer der Anrufer gewählt hat. Alternativ könnte auch der Name des ARV angezeigt werden, falls das einfacher zu programmieren wäre. Vielen Dank.

  4. Should be able to add a link at the start of the Chat Interface that links to our FAQ section. That way customers can find some answers themselves without even starting a chat.

  5. Audiodevice für Headset und Rufausgabe sollte deviniert werden können. Das Gerät für die Rufausgabe soll unabhängig vom Sprachdevice einstellbar sein. Nach Möglichkeit eine Auswahl für den Klingelton.

  6. Since 9.4.0, Agent performance chart report has been removed from available reports.
    This report gave very detailed info in a single report such as agent shift and various different call charts.

  8. We ended up with a scenario where we had to restrict the MiVB access for the customer's in house telephony engineers. This is fine, setup the security profile in MiVB and restrict the forms they have read/write access to.

    However. These same engineers have admin access to the MiCollab's, which are connected to the MiVB's in order to be able to provision users, setup voicemails etc...

    The problem lies in the ability for them to log into MiCollab and then go to Network Elements and click on 'Connect to MiVB System' - which then uses the un/pw which is stored…

  9. Kontakte welche im Kommunikationsserver über Kurzwahltelefonbuch, Privates Telefonbuch, OIP-Kontakte und Metadirectorydaten ersichtlich sind müssen alle auch auf dem Mobile- Webapp bei Anruf vom Kunden ersichtlich sein und im App Telefonbuch gesucht und ausgewählt werden können.

  10. Now when I get an incoming call, a pop-up from chrome appears that states: "Incoming call".
    However, this message remains even after I have not answered the call.
    For example, it happens that I come back to my desk, think there is an incoming call because the pop-up window says so. But the notification concerned a call of 15 min ago.

    The pop-up should disappear when the call is no longer incoming.

  12. In der Mitel One App auf dem Smartphone (Android und IOS) soll es möglich sein den Klingelton anzupassen, damit ein anderer Klingelton wie in der normalen Telefon-App verwendet werden kann.

  13. Immerhin wurde es nach so langer Zeit geschafft vordefinierte Funktionstasten zu implementieren. Leider nur in der Web-Anwendung, nicht umfangreich genug und am schlimmsten, nicht wirklich zu Ende (richtig) programmiert.
    Bei manchen Tasten, wie z.B. Persönliche Anruflenkung oder Schaltgruppen fehlt die zweite Ebene fürs deaktivieren der Funktion.
    Was immer noch fehlt, ist bei allen eine Statusanzeige an der auf einem Blick erkannt wird ob eine Funktion aktiviert oder deaktiviert ist.

  14. Request for "Martello Performance Analytics" (virtual OVA) to include guest properties so that VMware customization on first boot can be used. The guest properties would include options such as listed below. This would allow for ease of probe setup and the ability to create scripts to further automate the Mitel deployment process.

  17. ARV Namen bei ankommenden Anruf im App oder Web anzeigen, es gibt Kunden die für mehrere Firmen Anrufe annehmen, wenn der ARV Name angezeigt wird wissen sie wie sie den Anruf beantworten müssen, Firma A oder Firma B

  18. Make it possible for Mitel 400 admins to change the 'on hold tone' into our customers own waiting music for callers who are being transfered between internal Mitel One users, instead of the Mitel One standard transfer tone which cannot be changed at the moment.

  20. MiCollabMiTeam Chat does not provide Audible or Visual notification when using the Desktop or Mobile Client application. My team relies on this regularly and misses time sensitive alerts.

    Ticket#2022092686001161. Tech support did clarify that the Web Version will provide (only) visual.

    I forget to check to see if a new MiTeam chat by opening and looking a the Bold type for an unread new chat throughout the day.
    This feature should have been included in design.
    Settings->General->Notifications doesn't show type of MiTeam Chat will be excluded.
