  1. In MiCollab server - Users and Services - on the User tab make it possible to sort the dropdown menus like Department and Location alphabetically. Saves a lot of scrolling when adding users.

  2. Requested detailed reporting on the voicemails and information like how long each voicemail has stayed unheard in the users’ voicemail.

    All voicemails have a time and date stamp, so if the system can tell the message was unheard, how can they not provide the time stamp to that message?

  3. Right now, we can have multiple business schedules, but only 1 holiday schedule.
    Please add the possibility to configure a holiday schedule for each programmed business schedule.

  4. I would like to have the possibility to add click to dial field in cmgweb, for example a misc field . Now only telno and cordless is usable.
    The logic for display number as possible to dial is only implemented for the Telno number field and the cordless number field in the CMG Web application
    In my screenshot you can see "intern mobil" is not clickable.

  5. Mitel SIP-DECT seems to allow up to 64 chars for the LDAP username. Some of our customers have a demand to use up to 80 characters there (because we generate this
    username in our system, depending on other strings like customer instance name).
    Is it feasible to raise this limitation?

  7. We have a governement department customer who during a rceent security audit, had it flagged that the Web Server Shared Secret keys are limmediately visible when you log in to the Server Manager in MSL.

    They would like the ability for this to be hidden.

  8. Since Mitel doesn't recommend rebooting an MSL server using Linux cron job or shutdown -r <time> , please provide a way to do a scheduled reboot of an MSL server (MiCollab, MBG etc)

  11. MiVoice Connect Onsite Workgroup - Play Prompt before call route to the agent or Queue. ( Initial Greetings).

    MiVoice Connect Onsite doesn't paly prompt to it send the call to it's member. It was working in older release but stopped working in the newer release. It does have option to upload greetings but unfortunately it doesn't work.

    This will make customer life very easy to create workgroup call flow if it can play prompt before send the call to member or queue. Right now, it only play the prompt (greetings) only if call in the queue.

  12. We ended up with a scenario where we had to restrict the MiVB access for the customer's in house telephony engineers. This is fine, setup the security profile in MiVB and restrict the forms they have read/write access to.

    However. These same engineers have admin access to the MiCollab's, which are connected to the MiVB's in order to be able to provision users, setup voicemails etc...

    The problem lies in the ability for them to log into MiCollab and then go to Network Elements and click on 'Connect to MiVB System' - which then uses the un/pw which is stored…

  14. MiCollabMiTeam Chat does not provide Audible or Visual notification when using the Desktop or Mobile Client application. My team relies on this regularly and misses time sensitive alerts.

    Ticket#2022092686001161. Tech support did clarify that the Web Version will provide (only) visual.

    I forget to check to see if a new MiTeam chat by opening and looking a the Bold type for an unread new chat throughout the day.
    This feature should have been included in design.
    Settings->General->Notifications doesn't show type of MiTeam Chat will be excluded.

  16. Issue:

    Extensions are not licensed on YSE (MiCC) when the customers create a new extensions and they have to manually check each extension on YSE.

    FIX
    ->Can we add a licenses option to be automatically checked when creating a new extension.
    ->On MiCollab while creating a new extension can the Quick Add template have a Checkbox field to select the license option.

  18. automatische Amtsholung oder zumindest bei ankommenden CLIP die 0 entfernen. Problem: eine automatische Amtsholung kann man zurzeit nur mit Hotline=0 simulieren. Wenn jedoch der Benutzer mit der Hotline von extern angerufen wird, funktioniert der Rückruf nicht, da eine 0 zuviel in der Anruferliste steht.

  19. Develop the SIP or MiNET firmware for the Mitel 6940 to allow for video calling. The display of the 6940 is a decent resolution color display that would be a great platform for video calls. Many hotels and other business would love this feature for integration with 3rd party video phones located in vestibules.

  20. Please allow us to purchase software assurance as a line item. It sure seems like a lot of work to get a quote when the price and item are always the same.
