  2. Wenn ich die aktuellen Installer nutze und auch per Admin installiere, wird nicht mehr in Program Files installiert. Wie kann ich z. B. an einem Terminalserver oder an Clients mit mehreren Usern die Software für alle Benutzer installieren? Ich möchte die Installation und Konfiguration nicht jedem User überlassen.

  5. It would be great if the presence status of a MivoiceBusiness user wuld be synced with micollab. We do not see if the MVB - user is in Call. We only see the "grey" button.
    As shown in de screenshot, our central telefony works with MVB. They get called very often. So it would be great if we users in micollab know if the mvb user is in call...

  6. As a long time Shoretel/Connect partner I have to tell you that licensing for MIVB/MBG/Micollab is difficult. I am sure if I understood it, it would be quite simple, but from a partner perspective it is frustrating to not be able to call and get some guidance without being made feel welcome to the assistance. Just food for thought. Idea: do better!

  7. In SLS, Product (software) Release of each application needs to be on main page for the customer in SLS. Currently, to get release version you have to click into License Requests (on left panel), for each application.

  8. Since Mitel is using Amazon Services to provide access to the Software download center: swdlgw.mitel.com
    When the Mitel server reaches out to swdlgw.mitel.com it may be going to a number of different public IP addresses.
    This creates an issue when you're configured in Server-Gateway mode and the WAN adapter is associated with a provided such as AT&T on a dedicated SIP trunk circuit that doesn't allow internet traffic.
    The current solution is to Add an Additional Network Route which only supports IP addresses.
    It's understood that Linux and Windows will allow you to add a route at the OS level.…

  9. Bring back all the previous amc functionality to SLS

    Why have you changed to something that has less functionality ?

    SLS seems to be much more labour intensive when applying licenses

    SLS doesn't seem to have any reporting abilities

    SLS - when renewing SWAS , cant ignore old ARIDS in renewal
    - we now have to either
    decommission them
    move them to a seperate company
    or convert the user licenses to vouchers and lose the Base License

  10. For the Mitel Assistant, could it be made possible to customize what field the Assistant app references in a user to determine the phone numbers?

    We have customers with a very fleshed out Active Directory that they sync up to Entra. When they sync it upward, they sync the 'ipPhone' attribute to Entra, and has been used to setup CloudLink integration. The 'telephoneNumber' field is synced upward as well, and applied to the "Business Phone" field in Entra, is populated with their DIDs, and this is used to populate the user's contact card information for email signature creation.

  11. Customer has found that ASC does not receive CLI (ANI) when MIVB console receives calls and is recorded. They have implemented HO4986 and HO5439 but they cannot search for caller number CLI (ANI). This only appears to work with IP phones and soft phones.

    My question concerns Unify OpenScape Business X5R V3.

    We recently encountered the following problem:
    We have a customer with calendars that work as follows:
    At night, calls are forwarded to voicemail.
    Early in the morning, at noon, and late in the afternoon, calls are forwarded to an on-call service.
    During the day, calls are redirected to the agency's phone.

    Our client has 45 agencies that operate in this way.

    Our problem:
    During holidays, the system remains broadly similar, but the voicemail, on-call, and opening hours are different.
    In addition, each day also has different schedules.

    In the context of an SDWAN solution using 5G WAN technology, we are experiencing problems related to the MTU due to a 5G constraint imposed by the ISP creating a malfunction of the MITEL 69XX Minet Desktphone terminals.

    On the Mitel solution side, would it be possible to develop the possibility of modifying the MTU both at the MIVB layer and on the Deskphone itself?

  15. Would be great if I, as a technical end customer system administrator, could download OVA's and other software packages directly without my Partner having to do it for me. Example: prepping for a system upgrade, if I could download the MiCollab and MiVB OVA's myself, I could deploy the new VM's and have everything ready for my Partner tech to complete the upgrade.

    Tie it to my MUG member MiAccess account, and restrict access to the products and software releases I have SWA entitlement to. Let my Partner control my access if you like.

  16. The ergonomics of the M5000 Easy Admin Pro interface should be improved, particularly for managing the shared directory.

    Here are the issues encountered and which should be improved:

    When Viewing records:
    - Maximum 100 lines
    - No column sorting
    - No speed dial search

    When creating/editing records:
    - No input control during creation/editing > Creation of duplicate call numbers or speed dial numbers is possible !
    - No automatic speed dial incrementor suggestion: it's impossible to know if a speed dial number is available unless you follow a parallel listing!

  17. Currently the SIP Firmware has the ability to change the Date/Time Formats that display on the phone screen.

    The MiNet Firmware does not seem to have the ability to change that. Specifically we have a request to add the Day of Week to the phone display. Example "Tue Feb 4" instead of "04 Feb 2025"

  18. As MSL all ready has DHCP, DNS, NTP functions it would be great to add TFTP and HTTP download functions for for Mitel devices (68xx, 69xx, SIP Dect, etc.)

    I that way customers could use MSL Virtual Appliance for provisioning all needed data and files for Mitel devices without using 3rd party aplications (tftpSE, HSF and others on remote PCs).

    It could be readable folder where you can upload files with elevated privilege user via SFTP of through MSL web interface.

  19. Customer would like to be able to have Mailbox Cascade Levels for Remote Notifications. They need more than just 2. They have a scenario where they have a night emergency mailbox that calls the on-call person and as the alternate calls the manager. They need to be able to go in via some type of web view and turn on the notification for User A and F, then turn off for Users B, C, D, E. Then next week, turn on for User B and F, then turn off for Users A,C, D, E, etc. With these levels we need…

  20. Make it possible to create and manage groups from Cloudlink.
    It is now possible to place users in existing groups, but you have to do this from within the user.
    If you have 40 users that you want to place in a group, you need to open the users one by one beforen you can place them in a group.
