  1. to-date and time default time

    The to date and time would be filled in automatically, with two hours later time after noting the from date and time.

    Is it possible to have a criterion where you set a start time and it defaults to two hours as the end time?

  2. expending telephony capabilities of the APW to allow agents to
    1) toggle between 2 callers. Right now all they can do initiate consultation call, conference call between two parties.
    2) initiate conference calls with multiple parties and have the ability to remove a party from the conference

  3. We need the availability for users to be able to monitor extensions they have programmed on their phone. Example, a phone has a DSS key programmed on their phone and that extension receives a phone call, the user with the DSS programmed needs to see who is calling them.

  4. In Mitel Administration, it's possible to create management profiles for a group of users based on specific locations.
    Default location is blanc. This applies to
    - Users imported during sync with MiVB
    - Users created in Mitel Administration prior to the implementation of the feature.
    Enabling the feature for existing users is done user by user, which is very time consuming, especially for large customers.
    The management feature is of great use for in particular for large customers, but it's practically impossible to onboard existing customers because of this flaw.

  6. The MiVB Console Emergency Call Logs is limited to 10 in the name (details) field. In an emergency scenario, time is critical, and the lack of proper information is troubling and archaic. When an emergency call is made the Emergency Call Log should be capable of displaying the end user's complete name to avoid confusion and delay.

  7. Es sollte möglich sein, zu bestimmen, was passiert, wenn die letzte Console beendet wird. Man sollte mindestens zwischen Day, Nigtht1 oder Night2 wählen können.
    Gut wäre auch wenn man eine CFU oder "Stellvertretung" einstellen könnte.
    bei unseren Small and Meduim Business Kunden ist es oft so, dass es nur 1 Console Benutzer gibt und diese Person hat noch andere Aufgaben.
    So könnte sich sich temporär auf ein anderes Ziel weiterleiten.

  8. Our customers enjoy using the micollab client and wants to have as much as possible in their application. Now they use a lot of contact bubbles, but this can be overwhelming because they can't organize them.

    I know that this is not possible, because of that the customer asked me to make a feature request.

    Could this be implemented in a possible future release of the micollab?

  10. Wenn ich die aktuellen Installer nutze und auch per Admin installiere, wird nicht mehr in Program Files installiert. Wie kann ich z. B. an einem Terminalserver oder an Clients mit mehreren Usern die Software für alle Benutzer installieren? Ich möchte die Installation und Konfiguration nicht jedem User überlassen.

  12. As a long time Shoretel/Connect partner I have to tell you that licensing for MIVB/MBG/Micollab is difficult. I am sure if I understood it, it would be quite simple, but from a partner perspective it is frustrating to not be able to call and get some guidance without being made feel welcome to the assistance. Just food for thought. Idea: do better!

  14. It would be great if the presence status of a MivoiceBusiness user wuld be synced with micollab. We do not see if the MVB - user is in Call. We only see the "grey" button.
    As shown in de screenshot, our central telefony works with MVB. They get called very often. So it would be great if we users in micollab know if the mvb user is in call...

  15. In SLS, Product (software) Release of each application needs to be on main page for the customer in SLS. Currently, to get release version you have to click into License Requests (on left panel), for each application.

  16. Since Mitel is using Amazon Services to provide access to the Software download center: swdlgw.mitel.com
    When the Mitel server reaches out to swdlgw.mitel.com it may be going to a number of different public IP addresses.
    This creates an issue when you're configured in Server-Gateway mode and the WAN adapter is associated with a provided such as AT&T on a dedicated SIP trunk circuit that doesn't allow internet traffic.
    The current solution is to Add an Additional Network Route which only supports IP addresses.
    It's understood that Linux and Windows will allow you to add a route at the OS level.…

  17. Bring back all the previous amc functionality to SLS

    Why have you changed to something that has less functionality ?

    SLS seems to be much more labour intensive when applying licenses

    SLS doesn't seem to have any reporting abilities

    SLS - when renewing SWAS , cant ignore old ARIDS in renewal
    - we now have to either
    decommission them
    move them to a seperate company
    or convert the user licenses to vouchers and lose the Base License

  18. For the Mitel Assistant, could it be made possible to customize what field the Assistant app references in a user to determine the phone numbers?

    We have customers with a very fleshed out Active Directory that they sync up to Entra. When they sync it upward, they sync the 'ipPhone' attribute to Entra, and has been used to setup CloudLink integration. The 'telephoneNumber' field is synced upward as well, and applied to the "Business Phone" field in Entra, is populated with their DIDs, and this is used to populate the user's contact card information for email signature creation.

  19. Customer has found that ASC does not receive CLI (ANI) when MIVB console receives calls and is recorded. They have implemented HO4986 and HO5439 but they cannot search for caller number CLI (ANI). This only appears to work with IP phones and soft phones.

    My question concerns Unify OpenScape Business X5R V3.

    We recently encountered the following problem:
    We have a customer with calendars that work as follows:
    At night, calls are forwarded to voicemail.
    Early in the morning, at noon, and late in the afternoon, calls are forwarded to an on-call service.
    During the day, calls are redirected to the agency's phone.

    Our client has 45 agencies that operate in this way.

    Our problem:
    During holidays, the system remains broadly similar, but the voicemail, on-call, and opening hours are different.
    In addition, each day also has different schedules.
