Supervising MiCollab user states using IgniteWeb
It could be great to link MiCollab and Ignite users states.
Because today, using Ignite, you can only see agents states and not MiCollab states.
It force agents to use MiCollab to check states before forward calls, and then to use 2 applications instead of Ignite only.22 votes -
Voicemail Reporting for MiVoice Connect that provides specifics as to messages in each user mailbox.
Requested detailed reporting on the voicemails and information like how long each voicemail has stayed unheard in the users’ voicemail.
All voicemails have a time and date stamp, so if the system can tell the message was unheard, how can they not provide the time stamp to that message?

Bonjour, un client utilise la fonction "Message" de Mitel et lorsqu'il communique un numéro au travers du Chat, le client aimerait pouvoir directement appeler en cliquant sur le numéro via le Chat (comme whatsapp ou autre application de message), bientôt possible j'espère ;-)

MiCC worktimer to long
In the event of a malfunction with the MiCC server, EHDA agents (home workers) with a 'long' Worktimer have the problem that they cannot cancel the Worktimer after the 1st call and are therefore unavailable for a longer period of time.
create a feature access code for worktimer and/or make busy

Network analyse tool for the Cloudlink gateway
Would be nice to have a integrated tool in the cloudlink gateway or a external network analyse tool to check if all the required ports and domains are open and accesable from the cloudlink gateway.
Just to have a fast view if the custommers network is the root cause of some problems.
for example a sort of a kind Teleworker Network analyser tool we know for the MBG

Aan- of afmelden van een gebruikersgroep
Het is nu in de applicatie niet mogelijk om te zien of je in- of uitgeschreven bent in een gebruikersgroep (huntgroep).
Het zou visueel handiger zijn als de knop "aanmelden" in het groen zou staan wanneer je je hebt ingeschreven in de gebruikersgroep, en de knop "uitloggen" in het rood wanneer je bent uitgeschreven.1 vote -
Suchfunktion während der Anrufweiterleitung muss vorhanden sein
Während eines "Anruf hinzufügen" funktioniert die Suchfunktion nur für die Suche von anderen Mitel One Usern. Dabei müsste dort die gleiche Möglichkeit wie in der normalen Telefonbuch Suchfunktion vorhanden sein.

It would be interesting to have an additional option for CALENDAR INTEGRATION WITH OUTLOOK status "works elsewhere" . (in addition to integration with “Busy” and “Out of Office”).

Erweiterung der Anrufliste mit mehr Details
Die Anrufliste von Mitel One ist sehr rudimentär und könnte mit wenig Aufwand für die Kunden einen deutlichen Mehrwert bieten.
Dazu zählen folgende Ideen:
- Name + Rufnummer (vorhanden)
- Datum / Uhrzeit (vorhanden)
- Anrufdauer
- Informationen falls der Anruf weitergeleitet wurde
- Informationen über welches ARV / Durchwahl der Anruf ankamOptional:
- Möglichkeit das der Anruf gespeichert werden kann und ein Kontaktfenster zB. in Outlook aufgeht2 votes -
App funktioniert nicht mit Multi-Sim
Bei Nutzung von zwei SIM Karten im Iphone kommen keine RTP Daten zustande. Anruf wird nur signalisiert.
Datenverkehr ist in den Einstellungen auf eine SIM Karte eingestellt. Keine Verbesserung.
App nur im Wlan nutzbar.

Increase the no. of search results returned by the Transfer pop-up in Web Ignite
The Transfer window in Ignite shows up to 25 recent destinations, but if you need to search for a queue not in your recents, the functionality is very limited.
The default behaviour we see is:
- When selecting a filter other than 'All', only 4 entries are shown by default and user has to click 'Show More' repeatedly to load 4 more each time.
- The order that Queue search results are loaded in is random/not apparent. They are not loaded in queue name alphabetical or reporting number numeric order (once loaded, they ARE shown in alphabetical order, but you…6 votes -

The logic for display number as possible to dial is only implemented for the Telno number field and the cordless number field in the CMG Web application

Mitel DECT: Allow more than 64 chars for LDAP username
Mitel SIP-DECT seems to allow up to 64 chars for the LDAP username. Some of our customers have a demand to use up to 80 characters there (because we generate this
username in our system, depending on other strings like customer instance name).

Change default view on contacts page when transferring emails to avoid GDPR and compliance issues
A couple of our customers are having an issue when transferring email on ignite, by default the contacts box defaults to 'ALL CONTACTS' which allows agents to search for all names which includes agents, employees and external customers. if they search for a name and are not mindful of who they are emailing it is easy to transfer an email to an external customer which is a data secuirty, compliance and GDPR issue . Customers would like the option to configure the default landing page for contacts to be set to 'Employees' not all contacts to minimise risk of emails…
