  1. seems like as soon as someone at mitel decides an idea isnt going to happen quickly the entry is then blocked from further votes.

    This portal is still new and i suspect that there arent that many end users that have been advised that it exists.

    fair enough that there is no current plan , but what if it had 1000 votes . would that change things ?

    shutting it down prevents more people adding votes .

    if this portal is not for the long term development then whats the point?

  2. Sometimes when you open the MiVoice Connect client (Build 214.100.1265.0), it opens with the Exchange login active and it does not open with the window wide enough to close that Exchange login. Yes, you can press tab 3 times and then press Enter to close it, but that is not acceptable for users to have to deal with. It creates trouble calls to the helpdesk. So it wastes time for the user and for IT. Please fix! Thanks!

  3. It is now not possibel the change the from address that is used for sending email in case of error, allarms.
    The format is now: root@hostname.fqdn. Can this be set up to for example to hostname@fqdn. The fqdn is than matching the fqdn of the customer and the customer has to to create subdomains for al the different servers.

  5. SMS needs to be added to MiVB Subscription model. I am running into customers that MiVB Subscription will be a good fit, but they require SMS. Connect, RingCentral, Nextiva, etc. have this built in.

  6. Ich würde mir Wünschen das es eine Action URL Funktion geben würde. Damit könnte bei einem eingehenden Anruf die Rufnummer direkt an eine Kundendatenbank oder ein Web Telefonbuch (z.B. search.ch) übergeben werden.

  17. Add a report to the new reporting tool in 7.0 that will allow for customers to run a report to show the number of calls/interaction per phone number not just a list. Provide similar statistics to the Voice Queue and Queue Group ANI by Area Code. Envista Credit Union is one potential customer requesting this report. This is the most requested report during pre-sales demonstrations.

  18. Customer would like to know if this is possible?

    We have a management portal and our development team would like the ability to push MAC addresses to the the RCS server over API calls. This way once we enter the MAC address in our system, it's automatically pushed to RCS as well.

  19. I would like to suggest two changes to the reports that are provide by Mitel One.

    1. Make the date / time fields compatible with Excel. The current output, "2021-11-03T12:43:45Z" does not work without manual manipulation.

    2. Add the CX agents extensions to the report

  20. Det vore önskvärt om alla användare kan logga in/ur de svarsgrupper de tillhör i appen (PC/Mobil), varenda Cloudväxel erbjuder den funktionen och den är ett krav från nästan varje kund numer. Och att det tydligt framgår om man är inloggad eller ej.
