  1. Bei Nutzung von zwei SIM Karten im Iphone kommen keine RTP Daten zustande. Anruf wird nur signalisiert.

    Datenverkehr ist in den Einstellungen auf eine SIM Karte eingestellt. Keine Verbesserung.

    App nur im Wlan nutzbar.

  2. I would like to have the possibility to add click to dial field in cmgweb, for example a misc field . Now only telno and cordless is usable.
    The logic for display number as possible to dial is only implemented for the Telno number field and the cordless number field in the CMG Web application
    In my screenshot you can see "intern mobil" is not clickable.

  3. Mitel SIP-DECT seems to allow up to 64 chars for the LDAP username. Some of our customers have a demand to use up to 80 characters there (because we generate this
    username in our system, depending on other strings like customer instance name).
    Is it feasible to raise this limitation?

  6. Requested detailed reporting on the voicemails and information like how long each voicemail has stayed unheard in the users’ voicemail.

    All voicemails have a time and date stamp, so if the system can tell the message was unheard, how can they not provide the time stamp to that message?

  7. We have a governement department customer who during a rceent security audit, had it flagged that the Web Server Shared Secret keys are limmediately visible when you log in to the Server Manager in MSL.

    They would like the ability for this to be hidden.

  8. The Transfer window in Ignite shows up to 25 recent destinations, but if you need to search for a queue not in your recents, the functionality is very limited.

    The default behaviour we see is:
    - When selecting a filter other than 'All', only 4 entries are shown by default and user has to click 'Show More' repeatedly to load 4 more each time.
    - The order that Queue search results are loaded in is random/not apparent. They are not loaded in queue name alphabetical or reporting number numeric order (once loaded, they ARE shown in alphabetical order, but you…

  10. Die gefundenen Kontakte via Suchfunktion sollten erweitert werden.

    1. Zeigt es vorhandene Outlook / MS 365 Kontakte immer einzeln an (Kontakte mit mehreren Rufnummern werden nicht als solche dargestellt.

    2. Eine Angaben woher dieses Suchergebnis kommt (analog zur OIP Suche) erleichtert die Fehlersuche für uns Partner und erlaubt dem Kunden zu Wissen ob dies nun ein lokaler oder zB. MS 365 Kontakt ist

  11. Im WEB oder Installiert Version sollten Entgangene Anrufe im ICON Sichtbar gemacht werden, damit man nicht immer in die Applikation muss. Ähnlich wie dies im APP funktioniert.

  12. It would be interesting to have an additional option for CALENDAR INTEGRATION WITH OUTLOOK status "works elsewhere" . (in addition to integration with “Busy” and “Out of Office”).

  13. Wenn ein Anruf rein kommt, bei dem der Name migeschickt wird, kann man keine Nummer sehen. Gut wäre wenn man im Mitel One Web App Anzeigefeld den Namen und die Nummer gleichzeitig sehen kann. Gut für eine Telefonisitin wenn sie sich die Nummer notieren muss.

  14. Es sollte eine Benachrichtigung über "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" auf dem Sperrbildschirm des Smartphones erscheinen, sodass nicht andauernd die Mitel One-App auf "Anrufe in Abwesenheit" geprüft werden muss.

  17. Status der Funktionstasten werden nicht angezeigt. Somit sind die Funktionstasten relativ nutzlos, ohne Status konnten Funktionen bereits mit Zifferntasten ausgeführt werden. Andere Hersteller haben schon lange Statusanzeigen in den Apps für Funktionen.

    Viele Kunden fragen uns nach dieser Funktion!

    Statuses of the quick functions are not displayed. Thus, the function keys are relatively useless, without status, functions could already be executed with number keys. Other manufacturers have had status displays in the apps for functions for a long time. Many customers have asked us about it!

  18. Since Mitel doesn't recommend rebooting an MSL server using Linux cron job or shutdown -r <time> , please provide a way to do a scheduled reboot of an MSL server (MiCollab, MBG etc)

  19. MiVoice Connect Onsite Workgroup - Play Prompt before call route to the agent or Queue. ( Initial Greetings).

    MiVoice Connect Onsite doesn't paly prompt to it send the call to it's member. It was working in older release but stopped working in the newer release. It does have option to upload greetings but unfortunately it doesn't work.

    This will make customer life very easy to create workgroup call flow if it can play prompt before send the call to member or queue. Right now, it only play the prompt (greetings) only if call in the queue.
