new fault reporting portal
In the new unified portal https://mitel.service-now.com we are foced to select software versions using drop down lists
surely mitel can get these updated with recent releases so the version that you have an issue with is in the list . the new format is time wasting enough without added frustrations like this

This idea was moved to Closed Status as it does not relate to UserVoice but rather to PartnerVoice. The idea creator was notifed accordingly.

yet again another example of poor service / assistance - why cant you migrate this to partner voice . It just re-inforces that entering stuff in user voice is as much of a waste of time as DCR used to be .
