new fault reporting portal
In the new unified portal https://mitel.service-now.com we are foced to select software versions using drop down lists
surely mitel can get these updated with recent releases so the version that you have an issue with is in the list . the new format is time wasting enough without added frustrations like this

allow continued voting even when idea has been flagged as no plan
seems like as soon as someone at mitel decides an idea isnt going to happen quickly the entry is then blocked from further votes.
This portal is still new and i suspect that there arent that many end users that have been advised that it exists.
fair enough that there is no current plan , but what if it had 1000 votes . would that change things ?
shutting it down prevents more people adding votes .
if this portal is not for the long term development then whats the point?
