The group administration tool worked in previous versions. We have a customer that wants to make simple changes like names on extensions themselves. We made a user for them with just group administration access. When they go to use it, it creates a new user each time you make an edit instead of editing the existing user. We opened Mitel service ticket # PRB000293946 and the final disposition was that the Group Administration Tool appears to be broken and we should put a request here to fix it. We don't want to give the customer full access to the PBX for this. Thank you for your consideration.
