Enable operation of the third NIC on the SMBC without requiring the WAN interface to be programmed and active.
At present, the MiVB‑10 documentation states that when the third NIC is used, the LAN and WAN interfaces must also be configured and active. Removing the WAN dependency would improve configuration flexibility and deployment scenarios.
