In the MIVB embedded voicemail there is the non busy greeting and th ebusy greeting. When the phone is call forwarded to voicemail or is busy it will play the busy greeting. The customer would like to just have the non busy greeting play for any call type when getting to voicemail. You can set this up via the admin mailbox but have to do it manually to each individual mailbox and that is very cumbersome and time consuming when you have hundreds of mailboxes. There should be an option to set these types of features as a whole in VM options form to say play busy greeting or not etc. This would save hours of the technicians time.
