Add personal contacts in micollab client

This can be done using product "MetaDirectory". This product can feed contacts through LDAP connection to MiCollab.

Not sure if this is a request to be able to add Personal Contacts directly on the softphone application as I believe we can sync this thru Outlook already. However, the ability to easily access those shortcuts/speeds on the home page and when you are handling calls to be transferred would be something of interest for our organization.
