Monitoring Extension Calls on MiVoice Business
We need the availability for users to be able to monitor extensions they have programmed on their phone. Example, a phone has a DSS key programmed on their phone and that extension receives a phone call, the user with the DSS programmed needs to see who is calling them.

This function with option . Finally , it should be the Admin who decide that such func. is available for the user and his free-easy programming of the phone . ( if I have understood the idea of the func. rise by Bonnie . )
Option like - rights to see the number of incoming call which is ring at another user ( using / on the key_button ) .
Question , when this information will appear & how trigger ? automatic / optional / after the "press_button" .
